I have beef charged wrongly on the website which I don't know. I have been charged 2 dollars initially and when I asked to cancel, they charged me 8 dollars more, I contacted them and Elsa is helping in resolving my issue and committed to refund my whole amount. I am confident that she will resolve my issue.
