I bought a Macbook Pro which arrived a little late but that was due to Royal Mail, not Our Deal. The Macbook was in perfect condition but I didn't like the touch bar and I changed my mind about the purchase. I got in touch with Our Deal and they were very good about the refund so I packed it up and returned it.

Came across this firm by accident, had no idea you could buy reconditioned computers online. Ordered one for a third of the price of a new one. Had some minor issues with the mouse and the keyboard, which were quickly replaced. I am quite happy, in fact more than happy and would highly recommend. Thank you Jordon for your patience!

Got my refurbished apple computer from ourdeal was very impressed very well packed the computer was just like new really impressive and working like a new one the only problem was the keyboard didn’t work so just used my old windows keyboard so happy days

I bought an iMac 21.5” (2017) with 1TB of memory from Ourdeal and couldn’t be more pleased with it. The condition is as new and it was simple to install.I got into a bit of bother transferring data from my old 2008 iMac, but the support guys helped me to sort it out very quickly.

Ordered a 27" iMac on Monday 5th May (Bank Holiday) so the "next day delivery" didn't apply. I was okay with this of course. I expected dispatch on Tues 6th and delivery on Wed 7th.

I received a text from Parcelforce on Wed 7th advising delivery was expected. Nothing arrived. When checking the tracking code it states "Advised not received". I'm informed this means Parcelforce was never given the delivery, only the expectation of a package for the system.

I inquired again with Ourdeal and they claimed there was an issue with Parcelforce and that I could expect delivery "today or tomorrow".

Again, nothing arrived.

On Thurs 8th the status of my order changed from "Processing" to "Complete" and I received an email from Ourdeal claiming my item had been delivered on the 6th and requesting a Trustpilot review.

Again I contacted them to request information and was told they are "chasing this" and that it would be delivered "soon".

Parcelforce still has no delivery for me in the system.

This leads me to believe the advertised item does not exist and they're building machines from scraps, not "refurbishing" units as they claim.

I have now filed a claim for a refund and if this isn't resolved by Monday I will be seeking legal remedies.

UPDATE: 12TH MAY
Filed a claim via PayPal. Ourdeal is now claiming it's been dispatched. They even used a screenshot which clearly states "Advised not received" - meaning Parcelforce was not given the item.

Mac arrived in great condition. It wasn't the spec I'd ordered, but not far off. After exchanging a few emails with the customer service team we agreed I'd keep it and they gave me a small refund. Excellent experience with helpful people

Quickly delivered and delighted with the computer.

Had some slight scratches in corner of the screen but overall really good condition, not had chance to set it up yet but seems really quick

The machine arrived on time and extremely well packaged. The applemac looks like new and will be using it in the next week.

Really pleased with my 15inch MacBook Pro from OurDeal. It arrived on time well packaged and did look like new. Started perfectly and has run the same since then. It is very fast, the screen is superb and a great upgrade from my previous 13inch Pro. I did have one small glitch in not receiving the free software bundle link to download these. After a mail to query this it was sorted within minutes by Andrew and Jordan which was excellent Customer Service, thanks to you both. My wife liked the look of my Laptop so much I had to get her one too! This was 13inch to supplement her more limited iPad. This arrived the next day despite being ordered just before OurDeal's 2pm deadline. Again looking new and starting without any problems including software bundle download. I highly recommend OurDeal to anyone looking for a refurbished Apple Laptop at a good price.

Brilliant customer service.
I boight the iMac 27 and so far all is good. I did have an issue with the keyboard as the space bar was loose and they sent me a replacement keyboard which out which I wasn’t expecting. Thank you. Iv already recommended to my clients to use you company.
