My Oura ring 3 was not holding a…

My Oura ring 3 was not holding a charge. I contacted the company and diagnostic tests were done. I was offered a discount, on a new ring, because my ring's battery was no longer working. I have fibromyalgia and use my ring on a daily basis. I was very disappointed and asked if I could have a "new to me" Oura 3 and was told no. A new Oura 4 would have to be purchased. After explaining to David, that I could not afford a new ring. David went above and beyond for me and I received a new ring. I cannot thank David enough for all his hard work.

Sharing my experience with Oura…

I am sharing my experience with Oura regarding Order #SO-46546*** (total amount: $84*.00).

I returned two rings using the official return label provided by the company. The shipment (tracking number 79800575****) was accepted by FedEx and successfully delivered to their warehouse on March 31, 2026. I provided full proof of shipment and delivery.

After waiting for the refund, I was informed that the warehouse allegedly received an “empty package.” This claim was made weeks after confirmed delivery.

When I requested evidence (photos, intake records, package weight, etc.), the company refused to provide any verifiable proof, stating that this information is “internal documentation.”

This creates a very concerning situation:

the customer returns the product correctly
the delivery is confirmed
but the company refuses the refund
and does not provide any evidence to support their claim

In practice, this means the customer is left without both the product and $84*.00.

In my case, I fully complied with the return policy and provided all required proof. However, the company avoids responsibility and shifts the problem onto the customer, while hiding behind “internal processes.”

Conclusion: based on my experience, the company does not take full responsibility for returns and does not follow the spirit of its own policy. This raises serious concerns about customer protection.

I hope the company will review this case and resolve it properly.

My ring is Gucci x OURA

My ring is Gucci x OURA, I love the OURA APP to monitor my sleeping quality mainly, moreover, it brings some upgrade in some period to increase the functions.

It is much much more than I thought before I use smart ring, and I strongly suggest don’t consider other “low cost” and “low price” smart ring, those are totally different level.

And I appreciated the help and support by OURA after sales team, when my ring has problem and Gucci doesn’t reply to me, but OURA take care of me and make me feel safe.

Absolutely first class customer…

Absolutely first class customer service. The virtual assistant was really good giving solutions to help sort out my issue. The customer service team were super helpful and I have to say it’s obvious this company takes customer satisfaction seriously. I wish other companies would have the same customer obsession as Oura.

Oura has excellent member services

Oura has excellent member services. My question was responded to immediately and I was offered a generous solution to my concern. I have worn the Oura Ring for many years and wouldn’t be without it. Oura has my highest recommendation for quality device and superb customer care.

I could not even purchase product with…

I could not even purchase product with my id.me nursing discount because the site would not process any forms of payment. cannot talk to an actual person who can help and tried every form of payment offered for in-store pickup of the product or else I would be charged an additional $15 for delivery. this makes it really hard to want to give money to a company who makes its so difficult to receive the product with my earned discount

Great tracking ring and amazing customer service

First, I absolutely loved my Oura ring. I already have a watch that can track my sleep schedule but it just bothers me too much having something on my wrist while sleeping. I tried the Oura ring and it’s been amazing. I love how I can track my REM and deep sleep and identify which routines and supplements can make it consistently good. Second, their customer service is honestly just so good. Had some trouble and it was resolved immediately. Thankful I got mine!

Replacement experience

Originally, I was offered a refurbished ring as a replacement for my faulty ring. However, as I persisted, I received a new ring to replace my old one. At least I hope it is a new ring!

Don't buy

While the ring features are great, the quality of the product especially the battery is bad. I purchased mine in October 2024, the ring was replaced 7 months later because the battery would not hold a charge more than 2 days. And here we go again. April 2026 and the "new" ring won't hold a charge more than 24 hours. I have the Extended warranty but they are giving me the round around.
