8 days trying to arrange a return, without success. If you are from Ireland, dont buy one of these, as if you need to return or exchange, they wont be able to facilitate it. Support are useless, just repeating endless platitudes. 8 days and counting, with no success, meantime they are running down my return window, so I'll be stuck with it. Avoid Oura at all costs.

I had a gen 3 ring and it started to lose battery health - it would charge but wouldn't hold its charge. I was fully prepared to buy a new one, but thought I'd ask Oura first about the issue as perhaps it could be fixed.
They dialled in within a couple of minutes, diagnosed that there was a problem and that they'd send a replacement.
The replacement was arranged on Thursday, and it was on my finger by Monday - even coming from overseas!
Literally blown away by the customer service and experience - fantastic.

TOP product and support
I've had my Oura Ring for about 10 months and honestly it's become part of my daily routine. I use it every single day and can't imagine starting my morning without checking the app. The insights, the sleep tracking, the readiness score - it's genuinely useful, not just a gadget
So when it started draining battery twice a day and constantly losing Bluetooth connection, I was pretty bummed. I contacted support, and within 10 minutes they pulled up my account data, confirmed there was actually a sensor issue, and offered a full replacement on the spot - no back and forth, no frustrating process.
The product is amazing, the app is amazing, and the customer care is on another level. My whole family wears Oura rings now and we're all very happy. Highly recommend!
Frustrated with lack of payment assistance
Frustrated that the purchase of a new ring with the extended warranty cannot be split between two different payment forms, such as FSA/HSA and a credit card. Some FSA/HSA providers can be extremely difficult to work with when trying to obtain reimbursement and it seem like Oura would rather "grab the cash and run" by not offering the flexibility of split payment forms. Don't understand why many retailers will allow for split payment forms automatically with FSA/HSA expenses and Oura Ring cannot.
Best customer service I've ever experienced.
I'm actually blown away by how amazing Oura rings customer service is. It has been a breath of fresh air dealing with their company when so many others fail horribly within this area. I think Oura ring should really look into being a consultant for fortune 100 companies customer services departments.
Problems with Glucose biosensors
My Oura ring is great and I pay $69.99 annually for a membership. On the app , I purchased two glucose biosensors from the Oura website. The first biosensor was defective and I needed a replacement. For some reason I had to go to Stelo, the company who makes the biosensors to file a claim. Stelo is a horrible company and has horrible customer service. Look them up on Trustpilot and you will see what I’m talking about. I paid Oura $108.66 for 2 sensors so I think Oura should send me the replacement, not Stelo who denied my claim because they said my package was delivered “fulfilled by Amazon”, but there were no notifications from Amazon or my Shop app or my Package Concierge app that I ever received a package from Stelo. So I’m out $54.33.
Pointless. Oh, and the first one died within six months..
The first Oura ring 4 I had died within six months... the replacement arrived in a timely manner, however. After wearing it again for around 2 weeks after having a bit of a break from it showed it to be a completely pointless piece of kit. The overall experience of the ring itself didn't fulfill any of the requirements I needed and wholly did not meet my expectations (it's also not a comfortable thing to wear - way too wide). Frankly, I know when I'm stressed, and to be told I'm not when I'm about to rip someone a new one for being an ass doubles my desire for destruction! I also know when I've had a crappy night's sleep or am feeling a bit rough, so, it's completely pointless in my opinion and is only for the 'needy'; people who need a metric to match their mood so they can feign illness or brag about how well their lifestyle allows them to match their circadian rhythm. It gets a 2/5 because the replacement service was quick.
Great product; Great service
Oura offers a great product for better understanding and optimizing your health. I have been a satisfied user of Oura Ring Gen 4 for over a year, and have found the Ring and app crucial for understanding and optimizing my recovery and sleep.
The customer service is also incredible. The battery on my ring recently died, and I was provided a replacement at no cost even though the warranty had expired. Not only that, but I was refunded for two months on the app subscription for the time my ring was not functional.
Oura Ring 4 has known faulty hardware…
Oura Ring 4 has known faulty hardware and the customer service is terrible. My first ring had to be replaced within a month because it suddenly stopped charging. It's replacement quickly went from a week-long charge to a less than 1 day charge. I have to charge it twice a day and almost immediately after taking it off the charger, I get a notice that my battery is low. Oura confirmed this is another hardware issue and refused to honor the warranty because it had already been replaced once. They offered me what would turn out to be a 10% discount so I could buy another one. Needless to say, they have lost my business.

Besides being a great product, the service is excellent as well. I’ve only had my Oura Ring for a year, but it has become a reliable assistant in monitoring my health. It’s an excellent product, and whenever needed, they always provide incredibly fast and efficient service. The best!

I would like to take a moment to appreciate Oura’s customer service. After my Oura Gen3 ring failed after 1,5 years they offered to replace it with a new Gen 4 ring at no cost. Kassa was very helpful and the insights I’m getting with a ring a very valuable to me, especially when it comes to sleep and managing stress and recovery.

My ring was not working properly so I contacted CS and was quickly able to get a replacement. Thankfully my ring was still under warranty. I love having an Oura ring, I find all the metrics and tips very helpful to my overall health. The ring has also accurately informed me when I have been unwell. I just hope my new ring lasts - fingers crossed. :)
Two in and maybe need a Change?
I’ve had two Oura rings now. First the silver base line and then recently upgraded to the gold Oura 4. My first ring was great and I had no complaints however with the upgrade I ended up paying more for way less quality. The ring charge doesn’t last nearly as long and I paid for the upgraded gold and after less then 4 months the plating (I don’t think the advertise that it’s a plated paint) has worn terribly and scratched to reveal the silver underneath.
For the cost of the upgrade to gold (over 100$) I’d have expected better quality. It’s a lot monthly as well to not have a premium product. Considering moving to the Hume band at the end of my subscription year.
