The free Flashlight was delivered super quickly. Unfortunately, the Powerstation for about 500€was never delivered. Support doesnt exist or at least doesnt reply for days. i have ordered almost 3 weeks ago and do not get any information.

Seems like a scam to me for now. hope to be able to give you a better update soon..

update: they do reply, short and only once per day but in the end they helped and everything was delivered..

I’m impressed by Oukitel’s product range and build quality. Their devices offer fantastic features and reliability at a very competitive price.

I bought the Oukitel WP33 PRO directly from the official website, attracted by the IP68, IP69K, and MIL-STD-810H ratings. The website shows images of the phone being fully submerged and even videos of the phone dropping into a river.

I used it for a few minutes in a swimming pool — not the ocean, not deep diving, just a normal pool. It worked fine at first, but a few hours later the screen stopped working, showing only the backlight with no image. Clearly, water got in and damaged the display.

The truth? Liquid damage is NOT covered by the warranty, even though they advertise it as fully waterproof.

This is plain false advertising. Why show videos of stress tests including phone being submerged if the phone can't be safely used underwater?

⚠️ If you're looking for a truly waterproof and reliable rugged phone, look elsewhere.

I'm disappointed and angry. I hope this review helps others avoid the same mistake.

Don't try to contact Oukitel service or technical department with a problem. They never reply.
You're on your own after you make the mistake of buying this awful phone.

phone failed in less than a year, contacted them through the email they give for phones purchased through Amazon, but I am being completely blanked, they are not replying to emails and don't seem interested in honouring the 2 year warranty on a phone that failed after 11 month.

I purchased the P2001 about 2 years ago. My P2001 start acting up it started smoking when I tried to use the wall socket on the unit. I contacted Oukitel they responded back in a timely manner there time is not the same if you contact them at night they are morning time over there. I was dealing with Daisy very good customer rep. They let me know that they received the item. I also have a new Ecoflow for my wife. Does not stay charge as long as the Oukitel with the same equipment. I will definitely purchase another one from Oukitel. I usually do not right review. They also looked out for any inconvenience. With there 3 yrs warranty they will honor there product. I would recommend them to friends

I noticed my dad‘s phone sticking for about 30 secs every time he would try an app which was in his RAM. But after that, and with no memory inside the RAM, the phone would freeze to the point you would have to restart the phone.

Ironically, that old phone was called an Alcatel and though the 2 phones shared similarities between pronunciation, that was where the similarities ended, because I bought him an OUKITEL C51 - 128GB, 6GB+(VRAM)12GB=18GB, 6.8” screen as well as some as some other very impressive specifications and I thought what the h£LL!? And I can’t remember how much I paid for it but it was around £128 maybe even £89 probably more but I digress.

That was in January! A few months before I offered him my 13 Pro Max but after the Apple crap, my mum went through on her iPad, he out right refused if it was one of those “Apple i thingies.” So pretty much six months onwards and not a single issue has appeared and the speed is phenomenal and I see hardly any difference between the response time of this phone and my iPhone 15 Pro Max

However, if it were to sit in a benchmarking test, the 15 Pro Max will smash h£LL out of it but to the naked eye, it appears marginal at best.

Well to be honest you didn't actually do anything. I searched your website, determined what I wanted to buy and added it to a shopping cart. There was no interaction with anyone within your company at all.

Avoid at all cost!
Oukitel will make everything look fancy and all, but Oukitel will cut corners in every possible way they can.
Delays, excuses, forced ads, faulty products.
If you value your money, spend them elsewhere.

Opted out of e-malis, and yet you send 6 crap advertising one's!!

I bought a WP35 and took it out for a run. Unfortunately, it fell to the ground and the screen shattered. I'm really disappointed, as I thought the smartphone was supposed to be rugged.

I contacted OUKITEL, but they don’t offer any warranty or support. Another disappointment. Not happy.

On April 14th I sent them money to my phone. I haven't received anything to this day.

Be wary of Products
Bought a tablet just 12 months ago. Developed a fault at month 8 where sim card and sd card were not being recognised. Customer service incredibly poor - started dialogue with the via email only - in January. We are now in May and this still is not resolved. You can send several emails over a few weeks and you might get a response eventually to one of them. I returned the tablet 10 days ago expecting a prompt replacement (as unit is under 2 year warranty), and am still waiting. FIVE months to sort out a warranty hardware issue. I will NOT buy these products again, as the pain of their customer service experience is anxiety inducing. This is a real review from a pretty angry individual in Worcestershire, and not some b*llsh*t fake review by a paid person.

Purchased my first Okky as fed up of being tied into 24 Months contracts. So far so good. Lovely phone expensive looking. Great service. Real value for the money

Always had Samsung's but its finally packed in last month when l was short of money. So got as a make do mobile till l buy avery expense one. But over the moon with it, for under £100 it's up there with the major mobile phone companies. It's large screen is crystal clear, amazing camera and battery life is outstanding. Never again will l pay hundreds and hundreds of pounds for mobile again.

I love your phones! Website interface is fast and clean - insanely easy exploring the features of different rugged phones, as well as simple ordering your products, whose features and durability I'll demonstrate to anyone who'll listen.

I have an Oukitel W5 over a 4 years. Still working good. The buttery can go 4-5 days, me no complain at all. I already ordered a smart wach , let see next week and if this will good , than I going to buy a WP 35 which is now in a very reasonable price.

Oukitel is great i got a phone from their amazon store last year... And the shopping experience on their own site was just as good if not better.
