I purchased several Oukitel P2001E power stations for my friends in Ukraine. Each order was handled quickly and very professionally by the seller, and delivery was always on time.

All my friends are very satisfied with the quality of the units and the reliable performance of both the station and its inverter.

Since there have been no issues or failures over the past year, I cannot comment on the quality of the service, as we simply did not need to use it.

Packages came in perfect conditions and extremly fast. All items were very well packed in double boxes and foam insulation. I tried them and they worked without any glitch. Very satisfied with my purchase. I can only highly recommend both products and manufacterer.

I bought the OUKITEL P1000E PLUS charging station and have been using it for over half a month. It's a good, high-quality, modern, and ergonomic station at a good price. I haven't encountered any issues during operation. I like the carrying handle and the large number of outlets, even for a less powerful model in the line. My only complaint is a slight whine when charging. But this is also common with similar competing models. I currently use it most of the time as a UPS and emergency power supply for my computer and other smaller electronics that are connected simultaneously.

After writing via email to support team, Mr. Chen Sitong (陈思彤) responded and briefly resolved my issue in 1 business day which was to push the update for my p2001 plus (that update improves fan operation which is crucial to me as I was intending to use the station in UPS mode). So I am delightful to recommend this specialist.
It is however strange in overall to be urged to manually ask for essential updates and not having them automatically. Also I not recommend asking this on the facebook official page since the same my request there which has been submitted in the mid February and acknowledged by the team remained unresponded.
The station itself is great and doing it's job.
The app could be better.

This is the second time, when I order a power station from OUKITEL. (P5000 Pro) First time it was P2001 with solar panel in 2023. If it will be needed, will order next time too.
The power stations are very good quality & very useful.

I bought the okitel BP2000E pro charging station. It arrived in Poland on time, packed well, the kit is as it should be. It has been working in Ukraine for almost a month, everything is fine. Good fast charging, 1.5 hours from 0 to 100%, which is good when there is light 4-7 hours a day. Assembled qualitatively from high-quality materials.
One minus: the instructions do not contain a complete description of use! Not even all the marks on the screen are described in the user manual... Full control of the station is possible only through the application that does not have the required language! The support service did not respond for a long time, but this is due to the Chinese New Year.
Overall, I am satisfied and I can confidently recommend it!!!!

Power station have very good quality. I used this powerstations before in very hard environments, and it works as new. Thats why I decide to buy another one. Totally recomend for everyone.

I received the device (P2001) pretty quickly, and so far I like everything except the app. I hope they fix that quickly, too. So I'm happy.

Good deal, good communication. The only issue was that shipping took a lot longer (+1 month) than claimed on the website (3-7 days). Otherwise the product is of great quality. I have not had time to test it out, but so far I like the speedy charging time.

The packaging is robust, well-made for such heavy devices, and neither the packaging nor the device was damaged during transportation. I highly recommend it!

I have purchased the OUKITEL P800 Portable Power Station 800W | 512Wh from this company. Although delivery was promised within a week, it came in 3 days. The device is very nice - it is compact, so my wife can easily move it, it powers our gas boiler, so we have a reliable sine-wave electricity source for winter disasters, it also powers most of our hairdryers when using 1st speed (temperature level). Silent, stays in the living room without any noise audible. Fits perfectly into Ikea Kallax.

Good station, last long and can charge a lot of items. Only minus is it's loud sometimes, especially at night it can be annoying.
And my package came quite dirty, but this can be due to the delivery service.

OUKITEL P2001 Plus is a simply excellent battery; I've already bought a second one and am very happy with it. It's a lifesaver during thunderstorms, and you can power it with a kettle, heater, and so on.
