After wife changing her mind I’ve tried…

After wife changing her mind I’ve tried to make contact with them to cancel the order but had no response to either say we were to late and items have been dispatched or they will return payment, very poor customer support…. I’d like my money back and we won’t be using again.

I ordered and paid for numerous items

I ordered and paid for numerous items. Sadly they never turned up. I tried ringing the enquiries numbers. But it was never picked up. I checked the address on Google earth and it shows the UK address as a House on an Housing estate.49 Hevea Rd, Burton Upon Trent. Strongly advise don`t use this company.

Could you please be so kind and send us an email with order details so that we can investigate and sort this out?
I have also checked our phone lines - both seem to work fine. Is it possible you tried to call us after our working hours (7 a.m-3 p.m.) or during the weekend?

As for our company's address - the registered office address is in fact in Burton on Trent, but we send our items from various warehouses (also located in Europe).
I hope everything is clear now, I am looking forward to hearing from you with order numbers so that I can check and investigate the issue.

My order was sent really quickly which…

My order was sent really quickly which was great. While I think yhr quality of the bra is very good, it is most definitely not a size 32f. The cup size is very small, and I'm also unsure how to adjust the straps. So I probably wouldn't order from them again. I only used them because they did a clear back bra in my size... allegedly.

I am sorry to hear that the bra didn't fit.
The brands we sell are European brands and each one has a different size conversion, this is why it is always best to compare your measurements to the size chart and if in doubt - contact us, we will gladly help as we know how hard it is to find the best fitting bra :)

Customer service, quality and value for money - all good!

I had almost decided that it would be impossible to find a bodysuit with my partner's (large) cup size, but it proved possible via OtherEden, due to their classy and very reasonably priced imports from Poland. I consulted staff by email regarding the size conversion and their advice proved correct - the beautiful Gaia garment fitted better than we dared hope. The order was placed on a Sunday and (free) delivery, due to the value being over £20, was the following Saturday, so that was fine.

Terrible Contact

Terrible Contact. Tried to change something on order. then i was told order need to be canceled and re-order again, lady on the phone says she cancel it straight away, and as requested i make another order but 24 hours later first one is still not cancelled, i tried to call hundreds times and send e-mails to confirm canceling but no answer.

Hi Norbert,
Unfortunately some changes in the order may require canceling and placing a new order. Maybe other stores do it differently, but this is our procedure.
I can see that my colleague submitted your order for cancellation just after your phone call. Once the order is paid it is processed almost automatically (so it is passed to the warehouse for picking and packing along with other paid orders) and your order must have been rather far along the process. Once the order reaches a certain stage of fulfillment we cannot cancel it (there is such a notification on our website in the Delivery section).
Before we cancel the order completely (so that you see this status in our store) we need to get confirmation from the warehouse that the order has not been already prepared for courier pick up. So only when we get such confirmation we can proceed with cancellation. This confirmation came today and my colleague changed the status of your order in the store's system accordingly and replied to your email.
I am sorry that cancellation took more than you expected. This unfortunately is not an easy task once an order has been paid.

As for the phone. We are trying to pin point what the issue is. Some calls go though just fine, others apparently do not. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

On another note, I can see that your new order has been sent out today. I hope you will be happy with the items.

VERY slow delivery & don't answer phone

Every order I have had with Other Eden has taken nearly 2 weeks to arrive (which is strange given they use Royal Mail 48 hour service). They told me an order made on 22 December was caught up in the Christmas post (blaming Royal Mail) but when it arrived today (6th Jan) it was on a 48 hour label, so had only been posted AFTER I had enquired where it was, and Other Eden told me to wait another week before they would action it. They really do need to sort out efficiency of dispatch and not lie to customers about it.
Products are good, but if your size is out of stock or becomes damaged in transit, you get refunded with no communication about what you actually want (a replacement item etc). If you buy via their Ebay store, you get £10 off if you purchase 3 or more bras, which is an excellent deal, but the sting in the tail is the very long wait for delivery (happened on many many orders), and your order may arrive with items missing. Refunds are fast when you return items, definitely faster than their delivery timescale. Returns are not free, and items arrive individually boxed within a large cardboard box, so returning multiple items gets rather expensive. Other Eden would get 10/10 if they dispatched orders faster than 10-14 days, made sure all items were in the order, sent items in one bag rather than so many boxes (other retailers selling the same brands do this) were honest about late orders, and also communicated with buyers about alternatives if items are not available. I would recommend Other Eden, as long as you don't mind a long wait for your items, and be prepared to be possibly messed about with what arrives

UPDATE: They do not answer their phone. Tried to ring multiple times about missing orders and the phone rings and cuts you off after about 30 seconds

I'm sorry that you experienced delays with your orders. On all our sales channels (our own online stores, eBay listings or Amazon listings) we try to show the most appropriate deliver time. With free delivery, some of our items need to be transferred from other locations before they are finally posted via Royal Mail to customers. For example, for eBay if you wanted to order today it shows that delivery window is between January 16th and January 20 (taking into account that transfer time already). We mark orders as shipped once they begin their journey. The Royal Mail Tracked label is in a fact kind of a second label in the order's delivery process- when the order begins the last part if its journey. So your order placed on 22 of December was already in transit when you enquired about it (but was not yet posted for its last stage of journey with Royal Mail) and got caught up it the worst possible moment- Christmas and New Year's delivery backlog and holdups.
Orders should never take that long to arrive, they should arrive within the provided delivery window. But unfortunately in December delays may occur as this is the busiest month for delivery companies. I am sorry about that. We are constantly working on improving our logistic process so orders could arrive faster.

For items that happen to be out of stock or are damaged in transit we offer immediate refunds, in line with our company's policy, for various reasons, one being technical difficultly with processing such changes. Most of our customers appreciate that those refunds are handled so swiftly.

As for boxing, we know that some stores in the UK choose to ship in bags. Most of our items come in a nice manufacturer box (for example each bra) which can be also used for gifts (many of our orders are in fact for gifts). If we shipped in a bag the item box would definitely get damaged, the item box itself also serves as additional protection. If we shipped without the box - the item itself can get damaged (the cups in a bra may get deformed). So shipping in boxes is a conscious decision on our part to ensure items arrive in good condition. Our packing teams always try to select the most appropriate transport box that will fit all items of a given order without unnecessary free space.

Last but not least, thank you for bringing to our attention the problem with our phone. Please be assured that we were not answering on purpose. The phone was simply not ringing for each incoming call, only some calls got though. We are working on fixing the issue. In fact the situation should have already improved.

I am happy that you like our items. Again, I am sorry that you experienced delays with your orders and problems with reaching us by phone.

Let me down for Xmas, Paid for quick delivery that I didn't get.

So I ordered a gift for my wife for Christmas as they said it was 4 days delivery (which I paid for). On the 17th they said that my shipment was on it's way. On the same day, My DPD account noted that they had received order details, but had not yet received my parcel. It still says this and it is now Christmas eve! My wife will obviously not be getting it for Christmas.
UPDATE I received the parcel just after Christmas as well as a refund for the postage . Apart from the delivery issue, I am happy with how the team responded and my wife was very happy with the quality of the goods so I have updated my review to 4 stars. Thank you for sorting the issue.

I am sure you will agree that problems with delivery may occasionally happen even with the best courier services and that Christmas time is the busiest time of the year both for companies such us ours and for delivery companies.
I can see that your order was placed on the 17th of December. Our usual delivery time is 4 business days, however, we do have a notification on our website that "over the Christmas time or other high volume periods (for example Valentine's Day), please allow a few extra working days for dispatch and delivery". Your parcel was dispatched on the 19th and the reason why My DPD account only noted the order is that your order was sent from our warehouse located abroad, and the details of such parcels are updated once the parcel arrives in the UK.

As customer's satisfaction is very important to me and our entire OtherEden team, I have issued a refund for the delivery charge you paid.
I hope that even though the parcel arrived later than expected, you and your wife like our product.

Great prices and fast delivery

Good, legitimate store, that sells various of items for a really great prices. Fast delivery too, at first I was told it would take up to two weeks but I received them under a week like it usually does when I buy items from UK. Pleased with the packaging too, it was inside the box (a lot of stores tend to place it in plastic bags which can be worrysome). Also good customer service, they replied to my emails in time quickly.
Definitely recommend this store.

I love the swimming costumes on…

I love the swimming costumes on OtherEden. The only problem is they come up a bit small but OtherEden refunded quickly after I returned (and I was refunded for the postage by PayPal) I ordered another costume and am delighted with it. Have not seen any as nice and definitely can't get anything like it locally.

So far not so good - Update!! - Very satisfied:)

So far not so good. Ordered a week ago and still no idea when the item will arrive. Customer service is poor. I will update soon!

UPDATE!! Monika from OtherEden has been awesome! I understand there's the odd slip up here and there, but it's how the issue is dealt with which is important. These guys certainly know how to fix any issues you may have...thank you guys!

Your order was sent via post, with option that doesn't allow to track the parcel in transport. As delays may occur due to various reasons beyond our control (as the parcel was in transport) we asked you if could wait a little longer and if the parcel hadn't showed we would refund you immediately. As you did not contact us in the suggested time frame, we assumed that the order did arrive. And immediately after (on the first business day) we received your message saying that it didn't we issued a full refund.

Disappointed delivery time !!! Esp when I paided fast delivery

After buying many bras from yourselfs i decided to order a new one for my holiday,I ordered the bra express delivery 14 days before I went away on holiday.so I assumed that was plenty of time for you to get it to me, no I had to email u twice to ask where it was,as dpd wouldn't tell me were my parcel was ☹ it kept saying out for delivery !!!!! After another email, two days before I went on holiday u refunded postage.after I Sent u a email saying how upset I was that my bra didn't get to me. Still no bra, so wasn't happy as l didn't get my item when I wanted it. So as much as your bras are amazing I will think twice before ordering from u again. Very unhappy customer as if u pay express delivery u expect fast delivery.
But that the ☹☹☹☹ stuff the good stuff is your bra are amazing

Bra Shopper

Lovely. The bras are well made with seams tight and fabric soft and pretty. Service is great. Returns are easy. They did take a while to get to me, but well worth it. Would not hesitate to purchase from OtherEden in the future.
