Ignored DDP Shipping Policy & Debt Collection Over Customs Charges
I would strongly advise anyone in the UK to think carefully before ordering from Oséree.
I purchased directly from Oséree's website on the basis of their published statement that UK orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), meaning customs duties and import taxes are included in the purchase price.
Despite this, I have been pursued by DHL for customs charges and the matter has now escalated to debt collection.
I have sent multiple emails, submitted a formal complaint, and given Oséree every opportunity to resolve this matter. They have largely ignored me.
DHL has even provided a straightforward liability acceptance process that would allow Oséree to take responsibility for the charges and remove the debt from my name. Despite being provided with this solution, they have still failed to act.
Instead of resolving an issue caused by their own shipping arrangements, they have left me to deal with debt collection and the stress that comes with it.
The complete lack of customer service and accountability has been extremely disappointing. Until this matter is resolved, I cannot recommend purchasing directly from Oséree.
