Disappointed by Philips support of…

Disappointed by Philips support of pakistan. I had product MG5730/33 and it has issue with its battery. I contacted Philips support of Pakistan and they told me they can't support in this regard since they dont have battery as replacement and there is no way they purchase from outside. This product is a expensive product and im very disappointed by Philips Global or whoever is leading. Even if you want to contact Philips Global support or from Facebook system will redirect me to the website who isnt willing to help
