Very effective and easily installed
Loved the videos showing the barriers working on cats. Very easy to install and first time I let cat outdoors it worked as was designed to do jumping up from air conditioning unit. Told many people about product.

Product did not work as advertised
Product did not work as advertised, cat managed to jump on top of it without any issues. tried multiple ways and heights and I swear if a cat could laugh he was each time he figured it out.

If you want to order from this company fine but you’ll get between six and 10 emails from Jenna until she is satisfied that you know what you’re doing before she sends it out
The company should approve with the customer service that you have you have a girl named Jenna who is the manager I guess that holds your purchase in order at Ransom. I responded to her multiple times during an email. I know what I’m doing with this fence I have installed this fence multiple times can you please send me the parts which I ordered, she keeps on sending an email. Please respond to the email. I respond back to multiple times. Can you send me the parts then send out another email which ignore seven days later I contacted her and said have you sent the thing back yet she went no you didn’t respond back to the other email. I said send me my merchandise now . Absolutely pathetic then when you put in a comment page to complain, she reads the comments really could you not have a complaint department that she doesn’t read so she cancel it? Your response was a complete lie I sent 6 emails

I would like to note that we do not promote Oscillot as a way to keep cats out. While installing the system along the perimeter of your yard will help keep neighbors and stray cats from invading your property, it is not foolproof. Cats may still find a way into your yard by climbing over the system using trees, sheds, garages, and other structures in neighboring yards. They may then become trapped in your yard and unable to leave with Oscillot in place.

Delivered promptly, no issues. Everything you needed to install was supplied in the kit. I had a guy help install 60m in a day. Colours suit the fence. So EASY and practical. The cat is flumixt!!!

The wedsite was very helpful in that it described the products well. We did have to ask how long the paddles were because we did not find them on the website. It would have been useful if measurements were given in English as well as metric, but we were able to convert.

Cat escapes
The idea is not bad and for two of our cats the oscillot system works. But our Houdini, for whom we bought the oscillot and spent a lot of money and time to install the fence, knows how to escape. He uses the little black posts between the rolls to hold himself and then jumps outside.
The company now sent me an idea, how to fix the problem. We gonna try this.

We understand that some cats can be incredibly agile, sometimes they can find new ways how to escape. In such cases we recommend covering all the possible gaps by all means. If your cat uses the posts, you can attach tall pieces of polycarbonate to cover up the gaps. I have sent you some examples of such extra cat-proofing via email. We would appreciate if you send us your fence photos, so we can take a look and provide better advice how to avoid escaping.
