A most pleasurable shopping experience
From browsing, purchasing and opening your parcel, shopping with Oscar and Tilly is a dream! With such a variety of quality and original items it's difficult to choose, but I've always been delighted (never disappointed) with my orders. Bernice is the conscientious owner and every parcel is promptly dispatched and beautifully wrapped. I cannot recommend this online shop highly enough.

Fantastic customer service
I have ordered a few times from Oscar and Tilly and the customer service has been second to none.
One time they did not have the item I ordered and they sent another one for free.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. I have bought lovely gifts for friends and family and one or two for myself too!

Hello Tracey, I am so sorry you have had to give me a 1 star. The item you ordered was out of stock and was refunded the same day you ordered. To say it did not arrive looks like it has been sent and never recevied it. The item was out of stock due to the offer we had on and it was so busy. I apologised to on email explaining this but you did not respond. The emails go through our shopify system and are not automative emails, I do them personally.
I do hope you come back to the store soon!

Wow! I was stunned by the customer service that Bernie provided. So personalised and thoughtful, it’s a rare treat these days to encounter a warm and sensible person when making an enquiry. This was a very refreshing no quibble experience, when I had expected a lot of bother. I only had to explain my refund request once, as it was a small technicality, and Bernie resolved the issue wonderfully. Winning aftercare shopping experience. Looking forward to my next visit!
