Easy to use, allows me to understand my results in more detail
The learning curve is relatively short, and it provides explanations of my blood test results at a level that I understand, which my regular doctor does not have time to explain. It also allows me to see changes over time and to better monitor my progress.

Ornament has been instrumental...
Ornament has been instrumental in helping me manage my chronic illness. I was able to email all my lab results as PDF's to Ornament and it processed over 90% of them. Now I have a complete history with graphs so I can refer back to test results at any time.

They advertise their services, but once you try to sign up, they push a paid package without giving you the option to decline. Suddenly, The first 15 charge they say they will refund in order to upsell you for a $50 package. I was okay with this being as I knew what they could offer. Then randomly another $21 deducted from your account without clear consent.This Was an unauthorized charge. Their customer support is completely Abhorrent hiding behind a copy paste reply with a laughable ridiculous policy just to avoid issuing refunds even if they voided their own contract by issuing a third unauthorized charge I have been back and forth with their customers service for a week, users beware. Avoid scammy activity from this app.

Promising, but not ready for real life use
1. The app feels sluggish. Loading and getting the list of biomarkers is slow.
2. It doesn't work offline. When visiting a doctor I have to rely on the network.
3. The app still cannot get data from fitness trackers (Garmin Connect in particular).
4. "You" menu doesn't work. To get to the profile or to the checkups page I have to select "See all" first.
PS:
1. App startup and loading biomarkers on the Monitor page are especially slow.
3. I went through this process with guidance of your support team and then by myself, but it didn't help. Only once I saw heart rate data from Garmin, and then it was gone and I couldn't get it back.

1) Loading speed: If the app interface in general feels slow, we’d be grateful if you could let us know at which specific stage the delays occur — this will help us investigate and improve performance.
2) Offline access: Yes, the app currently requires an internet connection. We understand this can be inconvenient during doctor visits, and we’re considering the possibility of providing offline access to key information in the future.
3) Garmin integration: Connecting Garmin, Fitbit, or Oura devices is already possible. However, for users with an existing account, it requires going through the initial onboarding survey again. All your data and previously uploaded test results will remain intact.
Here is a step-by-step guide to connect Garmin:
How to connect your Garmin device:
- Reinstall the Ornament app. (Important: do not delete your existing account — all your data will remain saved.)
- On the first two screens, choose “Later” and “Skip” to decline syncing with Apple Health.
- Tap “Connect my tracker” and select Garmin.
- Tap “Connect to Garmin” and log in with your Garmin account credentials.
- Complete the onboarding survey.
- Close the subscription window by tapping the X in the top left corner.
- On the “Save your settings and data” screen, select “Continue with email” and log back into your existing account.
- All your previously uploaded lab results will reappear in the app. You can check that you're signed in to the correct account in the “More” section.
Note: syncing data from Garmin may take a little time, so please allow for a slight delay.
4) "You" menu: To access your Profile and Checkups, tap the “See all” button first. In that section, you can add pages to your favorites by tapping the star icon in the top-left corner of each card — they will then appear on the main screen. We're already working on improving the navigation to make this easier.

Best health application
I've been using the app for about three years now. My impressions are overwhelmingly positive. At the time I started using it, it was the only app that allowed me to upload and store lab test results in a simple and readable format — with reference value analytics included. Maybe something similar has appeared since then, but I'm not sure.
Pros:
1. Easy to upload test results, even in different languages.
2. Ability to double-check uploaded data (as I understand it, this verification is done manually).
3. Reference ranges are up-to-date, not outdated.
4. Analytics by body systems.
5. Clear storage and visualization of results, including a timeline.
Cons:
1. It might be time to focus more on AI for analyzing results, providing not just isolated explanations for each deviation but also a comprehensive analysis based on all available data.
2. Sometimes two values are out of range but for opposite reasons — a more integrated interpretation would help.
3. Also, if results are outdated, maybe the system shouldn't evaluate the state of body systems at all.
You open the main page and see ratings like 2 or 3, click inside — and there's nothing critical. But at first glance it feels like you should start shopping for a cemetery plot.
The app could present things a bit more gently. For example, for the cardiovascular system to get a 1.0 score, you'd expect a heart scar post-infarction and clots in every vessel — not just a 0.2% elevated hematocrit and high homocysteine (speaking from my own results).

Helps to understand my blood results
I have a rare form of blood cancer and this app helps me track my blood records and gives me some peace of mind regarding my own health. The scanning and implementing of the written blood results works very well.
And the little payment every month is definitely worth it.

It has been a pleasant UI experience. I have a family plan , but unfortunately each one of us have to use it using the same credentials. Further, sometimes one does not know how to scan the reports in .. the guide is not easy to understand.. maybe a YouTube video will help.

I am very active user. Usually I do full checkup 3 times a year and before ornament I had PA with large excel table of results. Now it is much better.
