SCAM!!! Absolute scam, nothing else. Ordered two kits at the end of March and they still haven't been delivered at the beginning of October. I have asked for a refund multiple times but only get an automated reply to say they are receiving a high number of emails.

I ordered four paint-by-number kits on May 1, 2020. It is currently October 1, 2020 and I have not received my order. Three emails have been sent ... no reply. They have my money. Although I understand that COVID-19 has caused supply chain disruptions, the lack of communication is astoundingly bad.

I placed my order April 12 it’s September 29th now and have yet to receive my order , Zero response when I’ve contacted the seller. I’ve even contacted PayPal with zero help from them . This is not a good company to work with ,

Like everyone has experienced. I happen to order a custom paint by numbers from the company. They seemed legitimate, until I had to wait for my item to arrive. It's been a month already, and the item has been stuck in Chino, CA for 3 weeks now. I tried contacting the company via email [no phone number to call, I get it], and I always get an automated email response about COVID-19 delay, etc. I can't really request a refund through the company. I am trying to work with Paypal and if none of that works, I will go with my bank. If you look at your USPS shipping tracking, it says that the item is being shipped by BFE Corporation Limited. I looked that company up and it has a lot of bad review as well. Same issue, unreceived items or not-as-described items, and no way to contact the company.I believe this company is based in China, although their website said they’re in New York. After this experience, I started looking for paint by number companies that are based and Made in the USA.

Same thing. This company does not necessarily fulfill your orders and will not give a refund for the products never received. I ordered in April and paid $55 for a custom kit. Never received the product. Have never received a reply from customer service despite numerous email attempts to reach out to them. Always a boiler plate fake reply that does not accomplish anything. The bank wouldn't refund my charge because too much time has passed since the order... so much for being patient! This company deserves ruination. They should be ashamed of themselves. They bring shame upon their families.

Ordered May 2020. One answer to all my emails months ago, telling me about delays due to covid. No answers to any other email. I did receive a shipping reference from China but it was expired. Company that charged my account is NumberDrawing in Brampton Canada. Address on website is in NY. Hmmm.
I also found a different paint by number website with the exact same look and kits but the price was about 2x price of Original Paint By Number website.
I just received my order - 4 months later!! I will never do business with this company again.

Ordered Plant by numbers picture in April and never received it. I’ve emailed them about ten times and get a generic response. Scam!

Similar experience to others, ordered two painting kits in May. After not receiving a notice about shipping for a couple weeks I emailed customer service. Received a generic response and waiting another month. Decided to dispute via paypal. Just before the deadline of the case they sent paypal my tracking info. And here I am in September and the order was finally delivered and paypal declined my claim. Order was bent and indicated it came from China. Now I will attempt to return but I doubt I will get anywhere. I received the same generic response that was sent to me by their "customer service" team in May. I will update if I hear from them.

Ordered 2 paintings in march... I understand Covid happened so I patiently have been waiting for my 2 paintings for almost 7 months... when I try their email address which is the only way to contact them... I get a generic message telling me they are experiencing high email volume and that if I have place an order I should received in 4 weeks. I have sent multiple emails ... receiving the same generic response. ..talk to my friend she ordered from them as well... no paintings. THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!

I ordered two paint by number portraits in March. So far, I haven't received anything. I have emailed them at least once per week. After I filed a PayPal complaint, they responded that order was delayed due to pandemic. I failed to escalate the complaint within window of time with PayPal due to family emergency. Now, PayPal won't do anything. I'm out $40. Do not order from this company.

You need negative Stars for reviewing this company. Scam, ordered 2 paint by number kits before lock down. Nothing arrived, unable to contact them. Paypal didn't have any joy getting money back. Such a shame. No more shopping on the web unless I check trustpilot first!

After 5 months of waiting I finally received my order Just in time to have a new baby and no time for it... everything is in good condition and seems to be decent quality. I wouldn’t order again just because of the long wait. PayPal had refunded me after I thought it was a scam so I basically got them for free (so that’s a plus)

After months I also got an email saying item posted with China post. The link they have me didn't work. I then did my own online search for China post, entered the tracking number provided and look and behold could track my parcel right through to its arrival. Took 2 months to get here.

I ORDERED BACK IN MARCH 2020 AND NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER. IT IS NOW SEPTEMBER 2020 AND I HAVE RECENTLY MOVED. THEY DO NOT ANSWER YOUR EMAILS. THEY DO NOT SEND PRODUCT.

I’m only giving them a 1 because there was no 0 options. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!! Not only did they take my money and never sent a product but have the nerve to keep sending me info that says it’s been shipped!!! I will be contacting my credit card to begin to initiate a refund.

This is a scam. Ordered three paintings from them in March, and yet to receive any of them. Emailed and texted them multiple times without success, they went complete silent after they took my money. Don't buy from them.

Ordered on July 11th, got my package a couple of days ago. Not bad considering I live in Norway. The quality is good, it's not just paper, it's actually a fabric canvas. The painting is thick and good.

Scam. Like most other people that made the mistake of purchasing from them, I was scammed. I ordered in March, never received the product or even a response to several emails sent. I eventually reversed the charge to my credit card.

I ordered on december, 2019. I paid 65€ for paintings. Still haven't reiceived them. Don't buy from them! This is scam! Please do your research before ordering!
