I ordered 4 paintings over 50$ never received them never got a refund and because I tried to work with them and give them the time they asked for due to covid. I can no longer dispute the charge. Scammers for sure!!https:// originalpaintbynumber.com

Worst company. Will not answer emails on auto response. Order on 2nd Feb have been charged and never received my order.

As others have said. Scam. Emailed multiple times to get money back and got auto responses. Gave them a little leeway because of COVID and then couldn't get a refund via my bank as too long had passed. Do not buy from here. Only time I have ever been charged for something I did not receive.

Note: For others saying it just takes a while, I ordered in March 2020 - it's now January 2021 with no communication from the seller when I email monthly demanding a refund.

Worst company to buy from. Order takes months to get then either the wrong thing or missing the canvas. No response from them other than an auto generated message when emailing.
Spend the extra few pennies and order from a US company!

Bloody awful! I have been waiting 42 weeks for my products costing £113.00 no response on emails or phone calls. Devastated that I've lost that money! SCAMMERS!!

I happily placed my order beginning of December for a gift , well Christmas came and went and my order was nowhere in sight, complained but customer service sucks big time. I finally put in a dispute with Paypal and within a week of placing my complaint I finally got my order , but since I already had to purchase another gift for the person I bought for, what am I suppose to do with it? they claimed to be located in New York so I thought nice, it will be a quick delivery but sadly it shipped from CHINA!!! so if you place an order expect it to get lost in transit or you may receive it months after you place the order.

No customer service at all. Email address bad, phone number bad, and the 'contact us' sent has never been responded to.
I've not received my order and filing a complaint with both Ebay and a dispute with my bank.

I ordered 3 items on 13/04/2020. I received confirmation of the purchase and a booking code. I still have not received anything. I tried contacting many times. In the beginning they just sent a message blaming any delay on the corona virus. Then they stopped answering. The tracking number disappeared as well. Complete scam !! Wonder if this company even exists. Don't even think about buying anything from these crooks!

I placed my order for a canvas of my grandchildren in April of 2020. I supplied a photo, paid for the order and received an acknowledgement. I have contacted the “info” email several times to express disappointment over not receiving my order and a lack of communication, but have yet to receive an answer.
The least they could do is refund my money. The best, produce & ship my order.

I have not received my package. The tracking states it was delivered 3 weeks ago but it was not. The phone number on their website is not working nor do they respond to email. There is no way to get in touch with them so it appears to be a fraud company. If anyone knows how to get in touch with them, please let me know.

This is such a scam! It took forever to get the product, it was improperly packaged so there was a wrinkle right through the middle of it, not enough paint in the tiny pots to finish the picture, no instructions, numbers are missing. When I received the package and realized it was junk, I tried to email them but they totally disappeared. No answer to my email, no way to correspond. This is a total rip off! Don't order!

As with other reviewers, my order was placed and never received. Placed mid April and now mid December. Generic email responses and disconnect phone call after 4 rings. Very much regret that this is a scam. Shame on me for being so trusting.

After waiting months for my order, disappointed by the product. Paint colors and pattern doesn't match advertised painting. Don't order from here. I ordered the brown/ blue coffee/ cookie paint by number. My coffee is an orange and black mess. Very little brown in the cups.

My order took 5 months to arrive, it only turned up once I raised a paypal dispute for a refund. 0 contact from the company despite me sending numerous emails.

Once the item arrived it was poor quality canvas that had be severely creased in delivery and paint colours were missing.

Never received my order. Received several emails saying it was on its way and to expect delays due to covid, but now they don't reply to my emails at all.

This is by far the worst online shopping experience I’ve had. They sent me an order confirmation and this was back in March (and now it’s November). I never received my order and spent many times trying to contact them but I always get an automated response. I was really looking forward to my painting and I want a refund but I cannot contact any help. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!

SCAM. complained multiple times requesting money back from items that were never delivered, and the give you some shpiel about how theyve reshiped them and you have to wait again for it never to arrive AGAIN. Do not spend any money with these people.

Similar to other reviews I placed an order in May, and though I understand COVID-19 has made delivery difficult it is October now and I have yet to receive any reply or feedback. This is a scam
