Amazing Experience
I’ve had a wonderful experience with this company. The formula has been a great fit for my baby, who enjoys every bottle and has been doing really well on it.
What impressed me most was the delivery speed—it arrived in just 3 days, which is incredible considering it was shipped from Europe to the US. Erika was so helpful and quick to respond to me. I was indecisive on which formula to get and asked for information from her after I placed my order, she responded in probably less than 10 minutes!! They make ordering so easy and if you ave any questions, you have a personal assistant guiding you through literally any questions or concerns one may have. The product is amazing. It’s always delivered on time. Quality is amazing. You can always count on the team to fulfill your order with accuracy. The customer service provided by them while staff is simply mind blowing. Best formula we’ve tried for our baby Luka
As a first-time mom, finding a formula I truly trusted for Luka was so important to me. Easy to navigate site & easy to order what you need.
Our pediatric recommended switching formulas, so I decided to try the Hipp hypoallergenic one. It was easy to find on this website and the order process was easy as well. I appreciated the transparency about the recurring order information and pricing, and the fact that nothing was hidden so if you choose to cancel a subscription it is possible with a few simple clicks. Shipping was decently fast as well especially considering the distance it had to come from.

Does Wonders for Reflux/Spit Up Issues
This formula was a game changer for my baby’s reflux. She was spitting up so much of my breast milk and other formulas. We couldn’t even lay her flat to change a diaper or for tummy time within two hours of feeding without her spitting up a significant amount. HIPP anti reflux works so well. She barely spits up at all anymore, and she was a pretty severe case. We were actually very close to starting Pepcid, which our pediatrician had already prescribed. I’ve heard people say that even the regular HIPP helps with reflux, but in our case we chose the anti reflux version after trying other anti reflux formula brands that simply did not work for her.
Also, I know babies eventually outgrow their spit up issues but I’m confident that us changing to HIPP didn’t just coincide with that, because one time we ran out and went back to another brand of anti reflux (we are in the U.S so we need to get this imported from Europe) and she immediately started spitting up again.

The best out there
Oh where do I start. Organic life has been such a blessing to my family. Kendamil is very gentle on babies tummy and it’s easily digestible. My baby never had issues with bowel movement. This is by far the BEST out there. I never had any bad experience. Customer service is fast and simply amazing. Thanks a million.

Above and Beyond
Erika went above and beyond, not just to resolve a shipping charge, but she also placed an order for me that she did not have to do AND made sure the shipping department would know to prioritize my order! She also reassured me that I am on the list to be notified of availability for a particular brand and stage as well as making a recommendation for an alternative in case I really needed it. She did all of this in less than 30 minutes from the time of my original email! A very big kudos to Erika and also Ana who followed up with me on Erika’s behalf since my thank you email to Erika was sent after her shift had ended. You two were amazing in your response times and dedication to serving a very satisfied customer!

Organic life start literally saved me when I was fairly suddenly unable to produce. My son has a very bad intolerance to cows milk, and plant- based made him so constipated. At the time, I couldn't find any goat milk formula in the US, but came across Organic Life Start! That was 4 babies ago, and every baby has used their formula once my supply dropped with each one. Even tho goat milk formula is now available in certain stores here, I still pay to get it from Organic Life Start because the European standards are higher and better for formula- no corn syrup and lower iron in the Kendamil. Totally worth it for me! Thank you, Organic Life Start!
