Sent me expired formula and would not respond to my emails requesting a refund.

I have contacted customer support numerous of times to return formula. No one gets back to you at all.

The prices and speed of delivery from
organicformula.net are the best i could find. The order is always delivered in a timely manner and is packaged really well. I haven't found anyone that can beat their prices either. I definitely would recommend shopping with them.

I had an overall positive experience with a good product and quick shipping. Their customer service is backed up right now so it took a week or so to resolve an issue (a mistake on my part). Once it was resolved I was very pleased.

As of right now, I’m pissed! I ordered 12 boxes of GERMAN HIPP FORMULA. I was sent 3 boxes of the Polish version, that contain only 500 grams compared to the German one with 600 grams. I was still charged the same amount. I did not want or order the Polish version and I’ve been trying to get ahold of the company. There’s no number to be found and I’m not getting any responses on my email attempts. I am feeding twins and ever since I weaned my girls, they have been on the German Hipp formula ( I am originally from Germany and my family sends me formula every once in a while) and I do not want to switch between the versions. They all have different quality standards and the German one is also the most expensive one. If I don’t hear back from the company by Friday I will claim a dispute on the charge.

I’m trying to return my order and am not getting any response to my emails to return my order. Been emailing for days no response. Horrible customer service

I will definitely order again, this is the second time ordering and in both orders it arrived right on time. Also the packaging was great.

It was an ok experience. Waited 23 days for the formula to arrive, but cheaper than other vendors if you are willing to wait a bit longer. You are also given the option to have a faster delivery if you pay $10 extra on delivery. Be mindful of the expiration dates. The format of their expiration dates are dd/mm/yyyy instead of the format used in the U.S. mm/dd/yyyy. I was really upset when I see 6/8 boxes of formula are expiring on 4/12/2020 after i received the formula on January 29,2020. It turns out 4/12/2020 means December 4,2020, not April 12,2020, which I am ok with.

It was shipped in less than 24 hours. My little had terrible constipation due to the other brands formula. Looking trough organicformula.net I 've looked for HiPP Hypoallergenic . I was thinking of taking my baby to the peditrician. As soon as he started with HiPP formula, the constipation gone in few days.
Support from Organicformula.net was amazing and they reply fast to any enquire.
Shipping takes just 1 day more than the 5 business days mentioned in the website cause of Custom checking. Price really competitive I highly recommend !

They are the best! Prompt customer correspondence via email and incredible attention to your requests. I love how the expiration dates of their formula are far out, you really know your getting the freshest formula possible. I love doing business with this company!

Great product, great price, great delivery tracking info.

Also didn’t receive the formula. This Is a non legit company and probably a way for these folks to make money illegally. They say they’re from Berlin, but payment was given to an Italian address and the “shipment” that never arrived originated from Czech Republic. Note I paid for the “upgraded” 2/3 day shipping thinking that was the issue but nope! It’s also been over a month.

Complete incompetence, no tracking number, had them cancel the order because it has been over a week and it hadn't shipped yet.

I still did not receive it. Spent close to $300 and it has been a month already!!!!
