Rewards points for online orders separate from in-store purchases

Company allowed for exchange of deskmat upon changing mind, which I really appreciated. In-store stock is different from online store (there are more options at the Markham store than are listed online). Overall really great quality keycaps & deskmats.

Note though that the in store purchase rewards points is separate from online store purchase rewards points. I needed to consolidate them to one place by emailing their customer support. This is not listed anywhere on their rewards points FAQ.
