I bought one of ORE’s market leading spare wheel carriers and was having a little trouble fitting it to my Defender 2.8i rear crossmember. It was a Saturday morning, early lockdown; I emailed ORE for help and Jenn got back to me in minutes telling me it is a mom-standard x-member and Chris will be calling. 5 mins later I have Chris on a video call, he having measured precisely where the holes are on a standard x-member and talking me through how best to drill them. That is what I call customer service, totally first class. I can’t wait for their winch bumpers to be released, I will be first in line!

I thought about buying seat box protectors for a while but was put off by the clearance between the door and the seat box,I watched a company video of the fitting process and was impressed. I bought them while on a special discount offer which saved me £6 all in. I thought the £9 delivery was a bit steep for the size and weight of the box but as I said the money off made it seem worth while. I fitted them myself in 50 minutes and made a neat job.

Ordered an ORE spare wheel carrier after spending a lot of time researching the options. I am 100% sure I made the right decision. The quality is excellent, easy to fit and extremely strong. Excellent customer service from Chris and the team is an additional bonus!

I purchased wheel carrier and they are best wheel carrier in the world, strong and no pressure on the door as I have a second-hand door that is bashed so the wheel carrier is perfect!!👌🏻👍🏻

I bought the O.R.E wheel carrier for my 110 TDCi. Easy to fit and the instructions were clear and simple to follow. The wheel carrier works well and the difference in the rear door is amazing -no more squeaks!
I had an issue with my carrier which was dealt with quickly and efficiently by O.R.E and they sent me a new one out under warranty. Their customer service is excellent. Not the cheapest carrier out there, but you get what you pay for. Definitely recommended.

Purchased a spare wheel carried and very impressed with the quality and ease of fit without the need for drilling any holes etc. Communications were great, had the item on pre order and was advised as soon as it was available, once placed order it was with me in a couple of days.

I own two of their products, their wheel carrier and the seat box corners.
I purchased the wheel carrier first, beautifully made in everyway, yes you can buy cheaper but do you get a truly well engineered product, first class customer service and it’s made in the UK.
Having fitted it and be so pleased, the seat corners were an easy choice, the same precision engineering, first class coating.
The quality control of this company is something very special and makes such a change in this day and age.
The attention to detail from product to packaging and everything in between is excellent.
If your in the market for a Landrover accessory this company should be your “go to” company.

There were a few glitches but the ORE team were very quick in responding.
I bought their steering guard in October, which is also a proper bit of kit. Then in September ('21) their wheel carrier. It doesn't disappoint, it is an industrial bit of kit, with stainless fixings.
When it comes to fitting, watch the Boris and Tirsbaek TV fitting videos at least twice, plus read the instructions three times. I'm a rank amateur mechanic, but with someone to help offer up the arm, you should get it fitted within 90 mins, possible a lot less.
But, if you've not seen your crossmember up close for a while, you might get distracted by cleaning that up too.
Yes, you can buy cheaper, but once fitted the only thing you'll be worrying about is how crap the standard parts and extras are in comaparison.

Got a spare wheel carrier from ORE4x4, 100% top quality part & OREsome service. Regularly offroad / green lane had it a few months, zero issues looks great & has allowed me to bend my door back into shape after my old wheel was a little heavy for my old carrier. Thank you!

After searching reviews of Defender spare wheel carriers I ordered an ORE4x4 one as they seem to tick all the boxes, although looked relatively expensive.
Now I've fitted it, I'm not disappointed at all. I'm really glad I paid the extra, totally worth it.
I just wish they made more stuff as the quality is so good, I'm sure they could teach other manufacturers a few things.

Easy to purchase, easy to fit and adjust, good instructions, brilliant piece of kit and very grateful for designing the only perfect wheel carrier!

Great product, great service. Emailed for some advice on a Sunday and received a reply within an hour.

Superb communications; responses to my emails almost by return. Carrier was very well packed and is of very high quality. Easy to install and no problem to set up, though a bit of iteration is required to make it perfect, as described in the excellent instructions. Overall a very nicely designed, engineered and presented piece of kit that is definitely better than the average.
