Karri Christensen rocks. Enough said. She’s direct, honest, and treats you fairly. Where other agents blow smoke, Karri’s 20+ years of experience shine. She returns calls promptly and works very hard for her clients. I strongly recommend her as a professional and as a person.

If I could leave a negative star review I would. Me and my family had the worst experience selling with orchard. They did not explain certain processes like they should've. All they wanted was more money in their pockets. If I had the chance to go back in time, I would have never let orchard sell my home!

Everything went as I was told. There were no surprises and the staff was timely in the purchase of new home as well as sale of old home. Made it very easy to move first. The rep/realtor Frank had a calming matter o fact style that inspired confidence. He was honest and forthright.

Unfortunately, I trusted and listed my house with orchard. I provided the truth about the property’s issues and expect the listing agent, and orchard had a fiduciary responsibility to provide the truth about my property. After all, I want to know the truth about the properties I view and want to purchase. I respectfully request my listing agent send my signed listing agreement and signed seller's disclosure (although I never signed a listing agreement nor a seller’s disclosure.) My listing agent refused so I requested my signed documents from the listing agent’s supervisor/broker/Transaction Operations, in which was refused. I also request my listing be removed, and they refused to remove my listing. I will never refer nor work with anyone from orchard again.

I do not recommend using this company. It was very stressful and you could potentially lose a lot of money if your house is not sold within 4 months that they required. You have no control of the price of your property and it is up to the lender recommenced. The lender or loan officer is not helpful. I felt like I was being misled and pressured to move out and get my house repaired so it can be on the market. Otherwise they were going to penalize me for the delay. I was so stressed and emotionally exhausted.

This is my second time using orchard, Christine Harvey is excellent in her job, she is dedicated to her work and she is very knowledgeable and helpful. I had her the first time I sold my house and she did it again.

she is not pushing the house like she should, she had a open house that she had someone else do with no signs. she said orchard would only pay $700 k when orchard gave me in writing for 875 k she has missreped herself to take care of her self only.

We knew the kind of property we wanted, but not where we wanted to locate. Cody listened and asked questions that made clear what options were available. The next day he presented several possibilities, but had one that checked all the boxes. He arranged the showing, answered all our questions, we decided it was exactly what we were looking for, made our offer. They accepted our second offer. Closing was so easy. Best real estate transaction we've ever done. Just a huge "thank you" to Cody.

My experience was flawless. Julia was amazing and with me at every stage of the process from the day I went under contract, which was within 24 hours of my home listing it took about two months to get my home Clothes, which is amazing.

My realtor was very personable and knowledgeable. When I first met with her, it was for information, but I felt so comfortable that I decided to list.

Our experience with orchard was nothing but a headache. Our realtor did nothing to try to sell our house. He was over an hour away so he didn’t like coming down to our house to put the lockbox, for sale sign, etc. up. And he didn’t come to host a single showing. He wouldnt do an open house for us even though he said up front that if our house didn’t sell in 30 days he would host an open house. He was grouchy, rude and completely sexist. When I had anything to add or say he would completely ignore me, but anything my husband said he would take into consideration. We also had zero showings for 2 weeks (absolutely unheard of in our area) and all he did was send us an email that said “No showings this week.” That was it- no game plan, nothing to try to get more showings.

The person orchard brought in to do pictures was also insanely rude and condescending. Our house was immaculate and he was making snide comments, and complaining, the entire time he was there taking photos.

We were treated like just a number to orchard. We weren’t treated like respected clients. Our realtor would go on and on about what he had to do for other people and how he was so so busy. He never made us feel like a priority, just a burden.

I have a lot more that could be said about how shady orchard is, how they sneak things in, how their customer service is hard to get a hold of, how it’s impossible to get clear answers about anything, etc. Just know up front that they are not an honest, ethical, good company. I’m sure some people that work for them are okay, but we dealt with a lot of rude, unhelpful people during our time trying to work with them.

I would never, under any circumstance recommend someone work with them.

Our agent did a terrific job selling our home and finding a buyer who would work with us as our new home was being built with no defined completion date. Ultimately we vacated and closed on our old house almost one month after our original closing date at our original contract price!

Professional and friendly. Really paid attention to my needs and kept me informed all throughout the process.

We were interested in Orchard's "Buy Before You Sell" program. Agent Jack DeButts explained it well before we listed our home for sale. We were able to list our home, buy another and move, exactly as promised! While we were settling in to our new home several states away, Jack walked point for us in photographing, listing and marketing our home. Jack was sensitive to our needs and kept us apprised as to market value and movement. He provided measured guidance when needed, and respected our decisions after talking it out together. As a team, we successfully adjusted our price to match the market. The buyers were as happy as we were with the outcome. Jack's strong suit is consistent communication. He held several Open Houses and notified us immediately of the results and feedback. Bottom line: Jack is a professional, courteous and caring team player. We mattered. Yes, we'd recommend Jack DeButts and Orchard Realty to handle your real estate transaction.
