I reached out over a year ago just to get the info, and they set me up with Jack Debutts to help me. Jack was extremely patient with me while we went through the process. He is very knowledgeable and is very responsive and gives you an honest assessment of what needs to be done. He uses facts and market data to help make decisions....it was a great experience!

Working with Hunter was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. What stood out most was his ability to truly understand my needs and priorities, making me feel heard and supported throughout the entire process. He was consistently communicative, keeping me updated at every step and ensuring that no question went unanswered.

I can speak to my experience as an agent. I moved to Orchard brokerage last May or June 2025 or so. Orchard's training is genuinely excellent. The energy, structure, and quality of the sessions are top-notch. I really enjoyed the training and the energy it generates. The only problem for me is who I was under, the team lead. So I gave my team lead, Sina, a poor review. The experience is as follows: 1. Orchard has many meetings. I asked to record the team meeting so I could watch it if I missed it. Sina replied and gave me instructions on how to find the recording link in the meeting invitation after the meeting. The recorded video link was generated when the meeting was recorded. If the meeting is not recorded, there is no link. The problem was that the meeting was not recorded. The response didn’t address the issue. I wanted to be nice since I was new, so I replied and said I just got a new computer. Maybe something is wrong with my laptop. 2. When Orchard launched the fast track program, the program was designed to promote a listing before it goes to active. The RECOLORADO(MLS) does not permit showings before the listing goes active. I want clarification on how this should work since the MLS doesn't allow you to have a showing without the listing going to active. Sina's answer was like (sorry, I can't remember the exact wording), we can do an open house to promote the listing. So I asked the MLS doesn't allow you to have a showing, would they allow you to do an open house? Some other team leader answered it for me. I wish he didn't answer if he doesn't know for sure. Do you see a pattern here? 3. I am a very transparent person, and this continued experience troubles me, and it becomes uncomfortable to communicate with the team leader, and I don't feel helpful. A couple of months later, I was out of the country for 3 weeks, and the system/policy must have changed; I lost access to the orchard domain, but I still have access to the orchard email. So I was able to send some emails to notify a few contacts to send me emails to my other account. I could have reached out to find out what happened, but I didn't bother. I have not been feeling well after a long trip, and this hiccup, and I didn't have the energy to do so. Instead, I decided to leave a review of my experience with Orchard. Other agents might have a different experience depending on who you interact with. Instead, I decided to leave my experience here for future agents who might be interested in joining the Orchard.

I appreciated how straightforward they made each step, and the overall experience felt reliable and well-managed.

I had the displeasure of working with Cindy Benn from Orchard.
I told her my husband and I are looking to sell as fast as possible and we are not interested in buying since we are moving out of state. Along with our specific home loan requires us to sell before buying so any of the special things she has to offer us would not work. We just want to sell.
She then gave us three of the same options of buy with the equity in our home to use that to buy our next home…we reiterated to her we were only interested in selling through orchard. She did not listen which was beyond frustrating. She was bragging about being the 6th best agent through Orchard so we thought we were in good hands. Turns out we were not.
We requested termination of the contract as soon as she showed that she wasn’t listening to any of our wants and requirements.

I’m positive this company has more to offer but what we had in our experience was so frustrating. Cindy even commented why we don’t have a dining table and gave us a judgmental look. She was in all rude and not a person you should work with ever.

Is there an option for zero stars? Just sold my house with Orchard, and don’t let them fool you, they are not representing you, you’re simply a cash cow for them. My “agent” Clarissa did not represent me at all, she was only interested in getting me out of my house as quickly as possible. She did not explain any documents I was to sign, just a “sign this” via text. I am a single mom of five and needed extra time to move out due to some unforeseen circumstances and I was charged $250 a day to lease back my home for the first four days then they upped it to $840 a day. It was a big move and it took me 8 days to move out, thus dipping into the profit of my home. Clarissa did nothing to help, no suggestions other than get your stuff out or they were going to take it away for me for $2000. Not to mention that the house I was purchasing was a nightmare because the seller lied on the sellers disclosure about leins, imminent foreclosure, non payment of HOA fees because the HOA was never given the deed stating the new owners information, and if that’s not enough the previous owner, the same one who lied on the sellers disclosure was a real estate agent himself, imagine that. Orchard didn’t make a big deal about it, as they were just interested in getting me out of my house. My new house had junk left in it that I had to have removed, the plumbing backed up on the first day in the house, I mentioned this to Clarissa and she went radio silent on me. Clarissa was rude, she was demanding, she was condescending and she did nothing to make this a smooth transition for me and my family. I am in the process of taking legal action.

Errol has helped us sell 1 house and purchase 2 houses. He is our default realtor. He had been thru thick and thin with us. We put tremendous trust in him and he has proven his worth every time. We like Erroll a lot!

My husband and I had been putting off selling a rental property because it felt daunting to try and do it from out of state, but this year we really wanted to move on, so we listed with Karri Christensen at Orchard. Karri advised us on some work we should do before listing the house, and she was our eyes and ears throughout that process, which made it so much more manageable on our end. It wasn't the easiest house to sell, but Karri was persistent in following up with potential buyers and watching other properties in the neighborhood to gauge our pricing. We enjoyed working with her; and if we were selling another house, we would list with her again without a doubt.

Lynn Young made our selling experience so easy. This was our first time selling a home and she made it seamless. There were a lot of factors going into this transaction since we were moving out of state. Thanks to Lynn our next chapter in life has started.
