I’ve had a fantastic experience with Agent Opus. Their customer service team is genuinely kind, responsive, and easy to work with. Anytime I’ve had a question or concern, they’ve taken the time to walk me through it and make sure I felt confident moving forward. That level of support really matters.

The quality of the finished projects is extremely high. The videos look professional, polished, and ready to publish without endless tweaking. There’s serious technology and thoughtful design behind the platform.

What truly stands out, though, is the ease of use. The workflow is so smooth that I almost feel guilty at how quickly I can produce high-quality videos. OpusClip is Fantastic!
When I started my podcast, OpusClip was my go to for turning long videos into short clips. It made finding great moments fast, editing easy, and sharing simple. They were constantly adding useful features too.

I only stopped because I’m not podcasting right now, but I’d absolutely use it again in the future.

Amazing tool that turns around great clips from longform videos. In the same time it used to take me to cut a single short by hand, caption, title, describe, etc., OpusClip can do 20-30. Amazing tech, and outstanding customer service from Mike when we needed help!

Quick and efficient HUMAN help! What a relief! Clear and thorough help, once you get through the AI bit. And the terms of use are nice and flexible so they meet my needs perfectly.

Used to use OpusClip a lot in 2024. I was super happy about how it allowed me to create clips and subtitles for my podcast videos automatically. Then in '25 due to a job change, I wasn't producing or editing videos as much and I requested to cancel my subscription. The support team was cordial and they cancelled and refunded my subscription. I will be back to using OpusClip in the future.

I had a great experience with OpusClip’s customer service. The support team was responsive, helpful, and resolved my issue quickly and professionally. It’s always reassuring to see a company that genuinely supports its users. Very satisfied with both the service and the overall platform.

OMG this tool is a joke.
1. The AI editing is so bad, you can't use any of the clips, you need waste time re-editing clips yourself. So I question why did I pay for this service when its a waste of time and you can actually edit it faster yourself.
2. I had an issue with a clip I re-edited myself. I contacted customer support, I had to waste time with AI agent support who was useless. Then when I spoke to a so called 'Team mate' he didnt help, just said thanks and he would pass it on to another team mate. I am still waiting for the team mate who is meant to help me.

Final point, dont pay for or waste time with this tool. Just use capcut, save time, money and edit it yourself.

The platform is extremely convenient when it comes to turning long-form videos into short clips for Reels and Shorts. The AI clipping is fast, accurate, and surprisingly good at identifying strong moments without heavy manual tweaking. Processing is quick, the interface is clear, and the overall workflow saves a lot of time compared to manual editing.
I did run into an issue where the clip editor wouldn’t load and got stuck at “Fetching API resources” when I was using Safari. At first, it looked like a permissions or team-related bug. However, after switching to Google Chrome (which OpusClip is built on), everything worked perfectly. It turns out Safari isn’t fully supported and can cause editor issues, so Chrome is definitely the way to go.
I also want to highlight the excellent support experience. Ollie from the support team responded quickly, asked the right diagnostic questions, and clearly explained what was going on. Thanks to his help, the issue was resolved without any data loss or wasted credits.
Overall, OpusClip is a powerful, reliable AI video clipping tool with fast processing and a responsive support team. Highly recommended — just make sure to use Chrome for the best experience.

The very quick online help.

Opus Clip has been a game‑changer for my content workflow. The AI does an incredible job identifying the strongest moments in my long‑form videos and turning them into clean, engaging clips. The interface is simple, the turnaround time is fast, and the results consistently exceed my expectations. If you’re a creator or business looking to repurpose content efficiently, Opus Clip is one of the best tools out there.

The cancellation process is intentionally overcomplicated. I had to go through multiple steps just to make the 'cancel' button active. To make matters worse, despite cancelling the service, I am unable to remove my credit card details from their system. When I reached out to support to have my data deleted, I was told it would take 'a few days' for a response. In 2026, removing a credit card should be a one-click action, not a multi-day waiting game. Very disappointing user experience regarding billing transparency

One of the things I enjoyed about the help that I received was the fact that the chat didn't time out. Ollie, the person that provided the assistance, was very knowledgeable and patient in walking me through my challenges. I highly recommend OpusClip for your video editing needs.

We absolutely love using OpusClip for our church organization needs. When we have technical questions, answered in a timely manner. The bonus credit incentives are truly appreciated. Wish we could roll over credits, yet that's just me hoping we could. I've learned how to not waste credits, so yeah, we make the best of what we have. Thanks OpusClip crew!

Opus Clip is great! One feature I'd like to see, in future upgrades, is the ability to do "Multi Cam Editing" in the Editor. Currently; I have to do that in either Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premier. So...I'm finding myself having to go back and forth between Opus Clip and one of those other 2 programs, therefore that kinda lessen's Opus Clip's benefit of streamlining things. In any case; I love Opus Clip thus far!
