Avoid Klap like the clap.
Avoid Klap like the clap. I was billed an outrageous amount of money for a service I did not knowingly agree to at that price. The billing practices feel extremely deceptive, and customer service is practically nonexistent. I have been unable to get meaningful help or a proper response.
In my experience, this site is not trustworthy. Check every charge carefully and think twice before entering your payment information.
To the reply: I had asked at the time of the refund to have my account canceled as the process to cancel is not straightforward. There should have been no reason to follow up with anything. I received the refund but my account was not canceled as asked, leading to another charge. Don't be so sneaky, have the option to cancel easily accessible.

The platform is smooth. Take your YT vids, it makes shorts and ranks them also provides title and info which I love. Then you can schedule them or download them. Doesn;t connect to YT yet but for IG and Tik tok dual posting is well worth it. The Customer Service is actually really good too but you should go through discord.

Very scammy, no option to cancel, terrible website
I signed up for the "free trial" and got it to break up a youtube video of mine into short segments which it did a good job of, so i signed up for the basic package then uploaded another video - THEN it tells me my videos are over 45 minutes long so I need the PRO package (this was NOT clear before hand or I would have never wasted my time with this) - so I sign up for the pro package for what I think is another $39 a month but it then charges me over $800 for the entire year (USD then exchange rate to CAD) - the charge doesnt go through, and it is very sneaky in NOT giving you the option to pay monthly - there is not time to review options - you click it and because you already have your cc in there it just charges it, no option to pay monthly - then they keep trying to charge me over and over and I have to put a hold on my cc. The website is terrible, bare bones, no info - when you try to cancel your subscription there is no where to do it, NO option to cancel or change anything so it feels very scammy. My emails to customer service is ignored and there are many emails given and no one get back to you or cares, or helps....very disappointing
There IS no live chat option like they said in the reply. When I replied to an email from a Louise looking for money it bounced back. She asked me to reply, the the reply doesnt go through. So bad does it have to be?

Use another service but ran away from this one.
