This is a scam company
This is a scam company. I’ve been trying to cancel for months now. I canceled account inside panel, emailed several times yet they keep charging me $29/month.

Great customer service
Great customer service. In our experience as a digital agency, tech and customer support for most digital products is spotty at best. This is not the case with OpusClip - they are solid. Really impressed with OpusClip software and support. Will definitely recommend to others.

Alignment and Greek language issues
A lot of people have talked well to me about OpusClip.
So I tried it today. I uploaded one of my Long videos to see that will happen. These were the results:
1) A ton of problems with Greek subtitles and mostly missing letters! Even though I am a journalist and when I speak my articulation is clear, there were a lot of misheard words. And when I tried to edit the Greek subtitles, I saw letters that reminded me of Chinese or even...those of old civilizations (BC). So we have an encoding problem as well!
2) My camera on top was not properly cut and it had a gap on the left.
3) The alignment of the video that I was showing at the bottop (a Bitcoin chart from Coingecko) was a disaster.
4) And finally, the clips that Opus was selecting automatically, were completely faltse and in wrong parts.
Go back to the drawing board , fix your serious issues and I will come back next year!

I love this app
I love this app , being old n retired, I enjoy bringing my old song's and memories back to enjoy
The only problem I have had is I needed to learn to prompt more efficient and specific

I had a great experience dealing with…
I had a great experience dealing with Opus. I lost over 900 credits when my account expired. I thought I had paid for an annual plan.
I reached out to request that the credits be restored since I had already paid for them, especially if I renewed my subscription. To their credit, they met me halfway and restored half of my credits as a one-time courtesy.
I truly appreciate their willingness to work with me and find a reasonable solution.
I’m giving 4 stars because I believe this policy should be reconsidered.
Purchased credits should not expire and should be fully restored, especially if a subscription is renewed.

Great product Easy to use. Not five star because it could do with flexibility in its pricing and some od the clips it produce d weren't very good. Most were fine. Some were great and you only need some. Shout out to Reuben would sorted out my billing issue with profesionalsim and empathy.

They charged me for the subscription…
They charged me for the subscription renewal on April 6, and that same day—barely five minutes after receiving the email—I contacted them to say that I did not want to renew and that I wanted a refund.
What is concerning is that they only gave me a vague reply, and for the past 48 hours they have been completely ignoring me. They have not responded to any of my messages. They are simply ignoring me. Obviously, they are doing this to avoid refunding me.
It is the closest thing to a scam that I have ever seen in my life.
Be very careful with Opus Clip.
