Life Changing Tech
I tried opus clip and loved it. Life changing tech really. However, for the past 2 days I wasn't given the free 200 daily credits that came with the free plan. I thought the problem was that I was a free plan user. I subscribed to Pro. Paid for a year. Before subscribing I took a screenshot of the offer page that says I get everything in Free (150 daily credits) and 200 daily credits come with pro is how it was worded in the subscription page. So I assumed I will have 350 daily credits and hit subscribe. Now, I logged in after subscring to Pro and I see it says 50 daily credits on my account in one place. At one point it says 50 daily credits refreshing to 200. But then there's a number 50 next to 200... David reached out and I'm changing review to 5 stars because I think I'm in good hands. Hoping this is being resolved. Will add 5th star once everything is sorted out.

Some Trial and Error Required
After doing each of the required actions: Uploading, Editing, Clipping, Using Enhanced AI, Deleting Content, Adding Content, etc. I have grown to rely on this amazing application on a daily basis. The customer support has been excellent, both while online (help support) as well as via questions via email.

Basic, but sometimes EXTREMELY slow and laggy
The software is great in it's basic capabilities, but it is not worth the money because it lacks dynamic editing like segment audio leveling or general increase in audio over 100%. The software is also extremely slow and glitchy; it made me hate my own life several times. So don't waste your money.

Video Compilation Maker not available but advertised
OpusClip falsely advertises an "AI Video Compilation Maker" that supposedly edits hours of footage automatically with "no timeline wrestling or manual syncing." This feature does not actually exist on their platform.
When you contact support about it, they just waste your time by telling you to manually upload and edit the clips yourself in their online editor, the exact opposite of the automated AI feature they promote. It is completely disrespectful to mislead customers and then try to close support tickets by offering manual workarounds for AI tools they haven't even developed yet. Stop advertising features you don't have. A total waste of time.

Great Customer Service
I am a new user and had a question as to whether I could add my own hashtags to my content. I got a quick response and the answer was yes. Then I was told how to do it. Very good Customer Service.

Does exactly what you want it too
can't complain. it does exactly what you want it too. creates good clips. sometimes the tracking is off but its easy enough to fix. had an issue spoke to the chat bot and managed to get it fixed no issues. genuinely worth the money if you're serious about content

Using this service really opened my eyes to just how popular shorts were on YouTube and TikTok, as before then, my streams would get maybe 7 viewers tops, but when I upload the VOD to OpusClip, and let them trim it to shorts, they exceed my views on anything else I've made before

I had an issues uploading the video
I had an issues uploading the video. The team laid out all possible issues and walked me through each resolution. They did not close out the chat and I resolved the issue. Didn't even think to thank them. They followed up the next day to see if everything was ok. I had another question, while I had their attention and we were able to resolve.
Top Tier, in my opinion.
