Reliable platform with good executions

Great Support
I’ve had nothing but great interactions with their team on a few different occasions. The most recent interaction with Matt Zimberg was a class act. He got back to me (presumably, with the time) “after hours”, answered whatever questions I had, and pointed me in the right direction for more information. After I realized Optimus Flow had the features I was looking for, he set in motion getting me setup for the platform.
11/10 experience here, and I will definitely recommend Optimus based off this experience alone. Thanks Matt!

Initially signed up for account only to find out there are fees for data, fees for trading platform and fees to withdraw money from account. The Optimus flow platform is only downloadable for windows and not macbook. The software runs really slow on my end and not the interface is not user friendly. Very disappointed with everything and unclear fees that wasn't clearly advertised. Website is also not that updated and very old fashion. Makes it difficult to find useful information.

1. Data Fees: Optimus Futures does not charge for market data. The Exchanges sets the fees for data, not us. However, we cover the CME Level 1 data fees when you trade 10 round turns monthly to ease the cost, making it accessible for active traders.
2. Platform Fees: Optimus Flow is 100% free for our clients. We do not charge for the platform itself.
3. Mac Compatibility: Optimus Flow is currently only available for Windows. We understand your frustration, but running it through Parallels or other Mac solutions can slow down performance. For Mac users, we offer alternative software that works natively, and our team is always available to guide you through the best setup for your needs.
4) Fund Transfers: We also offer a free way to send funds back to you, ensuring convenience and flexibility.
We’re sorry to hear that your experience led to disappointment, but it’s unfortunate to see a judgment made so quickly without reaching out to us. We pride ourselves on being available and helpful to our customers, and we would have gladly worked with you to find a solution that suited your setup and needs.

The lack of accountability and the apparent absence of a structured feedback mechanism for rejected applications reflect poorly on the company
I was genuinely disappointed with my recent experience with Optimus Futures. Despite fulfilling all the stated criteria for an application, my request was inexplicably denied. The lack of transparency in their decision-making process is alarming. When I attempted to seek clarification, I was met with vague responses and no specific reason for the denial, which left me feeling undervalued as a potential client.

Absolutely reliable broker with great and fast customer support. The customer support responds quickly and is very helpful. Changing the data feed is also quick and reliable. But the most important thing for me to mention is that I had a problem in my account. A chain of unfortunate circumstances led to an order being executed incorrectly. I was a little worried but the communication in this matter was exemplary and in the end Optimus Futures together with the clearance company resolved the problem in my favor and I suffered no damage whatsoever. You only know if you are dealing with a good broker when a problem arises and I can say that Optimus Futures turned out to be the right choice and I am very happy.
