Easy to use upfront on fees and reliable.
I’m a Beginner trader the setup was very streamlined, platform is user friendly whether experienced or new haven’t had any issues so far and Jake is very knowledgeable and prompt to respond when needed.

One of the Worst Brokerage Experiences I’ve Had
My experience with Optimus Futures was shockingly bad and deeply disappointing.
From start to finish, the process was marked by chaos, contradictions, and incompetence. Simple requests turned into weeks of back-and-forth emails that made no sense, with different departments clearly not communicating with each other at all. I received conflicting instructions, irrelevant information I never asked for, and my actual questions were repeatedly ignored.
Basic operational issues — such as account access, clear explanations, and consistent guidance — were never properly resolved. Instead of clarity, I was left guessing what was happening with my accounts and next steps, which is unacceptable when dealing with financial services.
The customer service was particularly alarming. At times it was dismissive, rude, and unprofessional, with no effort made to listen or clarify misunderstandings. This is not how a serious brokerage should treat clients, especially when trust and transparency are fundamental.
Overall, Optimus Futures comes across as disorganized, poorly managed, and lacking basic internal controls. The entire experience felt more like dealing with a garage broker than a professional futures brokerage. There was no sense of accountability, ownership, or respect for the client.
If you value professionalism, clear communication, and reliable customer support, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

To clarify the 'confusion' for the record: You were attempting to open accounts with two different Clearing Firms (FCMs) simultaneously. Each firm has distinct regulatory requirements and paperwork. The 'contradictions' you felt were simply the different compliance rules for each custodian—a complexity inherent to managing two applications at once.
Furthermore, regarding the claim of 'dismissive' service: Our CEO personally took time out of his weekend to assist you with this complex setup. You sent an email inquiry about the status and then posted this negative review less than 24 business hours later, without waiting for a resolution to the very questions you asked.
We believe we demonstrated significant dedication to your account—from our support staff navigating dual workflows to executive leadership stepping in during personal time. We wish you the best of luck and hope you will provide your new broker with a reasonable amount of patience, given the complexity of the setup you request.

Smooth and Trouble Free
I just recently opened an account with Optimus Futures. The process involved giving their clearing firm Ironbeam a little more personal information they had requested, after which the guidance provided by Optimus was clear, both by email and phone, and made the platform set-up process smooth and trouble free.
