Brought a new built in double oven and had it delivered 4 working days later. Unfortunately it had a fault that meant incinerated food on its first use. Called them to explain the next morning and the offered a loan, to be delivered the next day, while waiting on new stock to came in of the original make. They called back 10 minutes later saying a loan had become unexpectedly available and could deliver that morning. Brilliant service and will definitely use again.

What would be helpful is if we could set up an account with you as we are a business and trying to arrange pro forma invoicing is a bit of a pain. However worth it for the level of service.

I phoned Optimum in Southwick on the recommendation of friends to discuss purchasing a washing machine as mine had finally conked out. Mel talked me through all of my options and explained the workings of the one I had seen in their online store - he really knows his stuff. I made the decision to buy it and Mel sorted it all out and as they had one in stock he arranged for delivery the next afternoon, and confirmed that the delivery chaps would disconnect the old one, install the new one and take away my old appliance. The delivery men were brilliant and talked me through and tested the machine’s operation and I can’t praise them, this company and Mel enough and I am very happy I chose them. Will definitely go back to them in the future if I need anything. 10 out of 10 all the way. Thank you Optimum Southwick.

Ordered a washing machine from Haywards Heath store, and arranged a delivery date for a few days after as we were away.
Our plans changed, I contacted Optimum, and at very short notice they brought forward the delivery date.
The delivery drivers contacted us to let us know when they would be arriving, and very swiftly removed our old machine and installed the new one.
They took great care over this, explained features of our new machine and gave us a few tips to get the best out of it.
This isn’t the first appliance I’ve bought from Optimum, and I will not hesitate to go back to them to purchase any other appliances I may need in the future.

Absolutely 5* service!

Monday morning 8am, our fridge freezer packs up after 7 years. Panic stations!

Fridge and freezer full and desperate to find a same day solution to salvage!

Sandy took my call and was amazingly helpful. She found out if the fridge freezer I wanted was in stock and checked to see if it could be delivered today.

The delivery people, Sean and Jay called when they were on their way, as advised.

Helpful, friendly and efficient.

I ordered at 9am and it was in my kitchen by 10.30am

What an absolutely super customer experience.

Just wanted to pass on a 5 star review for the outstanding service from Ben and Toby at Optimum Haywards Heath. As a returning customer, I needed a team I could trust for a complex replacement of an integrated fridge-freezer for a severely autistic person in a specialist supported living home who was extremely anxious about this.

Ben and Toby’s support was exemplary, and they certainly went the extra mile(!) in making sure it all went smoothly. On the day, the comms from Toby was excellent and the job, which was complex and included fitting new fridge-freezer integrated doors, was completely to a very high standard. Highly recommended.

I had a problem with my dishwasher water not going into it. We tried all the things that advised and still no good. A date for next Tuesday was made and then I got a call from Optimum to say they could come this morning and now it is working. Thank goodness.
The water pump had died off and was replaced early this morning :) who could ask for better service than that. Excellent and would gladly recommend them for future purchases.

Ordered a dishwasher on a Wednesday. It was delivered and installed a week later as promised. No problems.

The installers arrived as arranged and very efficiently removed the old appliances and installed the new equipment. Have used Optimum before and always found their engineers very pleasant and anxious to do a good job. Please note Mr Peter Gage passed away in 2020 - I am his widow.

I've had two phone calls from Optimum this morning. Not sure if it was the same person both times. But both times I've come off the phone and been so impressed with the upbeat customer service. My partner overheard the conversation and even mentioned how good they were.

We were referred to Optimum for a repair within guarantee. They kept me up to date with what was going on, listened when I told them what part had broken (and therefore ordered everything needed) and turned up when they said they would. Excellent service all round!

I recently used Optimum Sales for a broken oven. I was very impressed with the ease of booking and how I was kept updated with part ordering progress and appointment booking. The engineer arrived on time and got to work immediately. It was nice to see an apprentice shadowing the engineer. I was very pleased that the oven was fixed and the broken part was removed. All in all, a very good experience and I would not hesitate to recommend Optimum to anyone looking for a good, reliable and honest Company.
