As stated in our shipping and delivery policy:
"In non-EU countries and in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, customs charges may be incurred upon delivery, as is the case with shipments to the Balearic Islands. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. The customer must fill in the ‘NIF/NIE/CIF/VAT/ID’ field with a legal identification number. Otherwise, the package will not reach its destination and will be returned to us, with the customer being responsible for all transport costs incurred."

They lied !!It was written 6-10 days for the delivery and after I payed i have got a letter that they are “waiting for provider 3-4 weeks do you want another model?”
