The team at optimal Currency are very helpful and professional making the process quick, simple and safe.

I have been using Optimal Currency throughout this year to pay suppliers for our wedding in Mallorca. The platform is so easy to use and has made what could be a stressful process seem very easy. Payments go through super quick as well. I would definitely recommend Optimal Currency and will personally use them again in the future.

They ignored the absolutely public origin of the money I wished to transfer.
Sloppy , lazy shoddy NWO . Just out to make quick buck without reference to the human trying to deal with them
Here on Trust Pilot they responded but the e mail they supplied was rejected by my server , saying "Illegal e mail address "
Please do go and try out all forms of their e mail response
It's not got a co.uk or .com under this so called charlette.

Having just sold my property abroad I was initially rather apprehensive about the whole process. I feared that my money would be lost in cyberspace! However David and his team at Optimal Currency were excellent. They were professional and talked me through the whole process. They were always available at the end of a phone if I had any questions or concerns. Nothing was a problem and we received our funds quickly. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company and I would definitely use them again.

In a period of market turbulence and verification issues, with many established online currency exchange providers letting their customers down recently (see latest spate of bad reviews for many big players) … I was relieved to find Optimal Currency (based in the UK) with an unblemished record.

Quick efficient phone response and excellent email communication, the staff and manager were v.easy going and professional - steered me thru the verification process as a 1st timer sending Euros to a relative’s new bank account in Spain.
Initially, you get an invitation via email or SMS to download the Credas App and securely upload ID documents so they can verify your credentials. It will take around 5 minutes and you will need some photo ID such as your Passport or Driving Licence and address ID such as a recent utility bill or bank statement.

OC deliver at a pretty competitive exchange rate … with no extra fees …the amount they quoted was the amount they delivered. They quickly ironed out a slight personal account Login issue I had on my tablet … It’s important you get to see details of your personal account they set up for you … showing your transactions and balance situation clearly … especially if your Bank’s Fraud Team blocks your trade … and grills you on every security aspect … which many do automatically these days.
Once you survive that … and your money hits Optimal Currency’s holding account … things then move v. quickly …showing almost immediately in the Euro account … and no charges from Banco Santander.(rare!)
In summary:
Competitive rate, smooth transaction, no extra fees …and U get a personal advisor mobile no. to ring if you encounter any issue.

In a climate of banking/verification issues and turbulent markets ~ best to settle for a slightly lower exchange rate in exchange for better security, safe delivery and v.professional hands-on service ~ peace of mind.
