I wanted a picatinny rail for an L691Sako. I finally found one here. It came quickly. It was easy to install. It is working wonderfully.

It got here and I was very disappointed. It was the wrong product. I ordered mounts for 11 mm and they sent for 3/8”. They won’t work!
I did some research, and found that most 3/8 and 11mm are interchangeable. But I can’t get this to go on my gun. Optics Trade seems to be very helpful and want to help me make it work. If it won’t, they have offered to refund my money. They are genuinely concerned and trying to help me.

The product received was exactly as it was listed. It fit perfectly. Shipping was expediate. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from you again (and probably will).

Placed an order 18 days ago.. and then nothing. I had to chase and had to wait on average 3 days for each response. Painfully slow but apologetic each time, but actions speak louder than words. I am now in the process of receiving a refund. I would avoid this retailer if you are in the UK as they claim they have problems shipping to the UK.

I have calculated the response timing by all of the communications with Optics Trade (prior to the order), which includes waiting over three days. Please note I said on average 3 days. It is also worth noting that 6 days transpired when I received no order status/update after the initial order which I haven't included on my calculations.

Thank you for your kind offer, regards making amends, but this is mute as you are having difficulties shipping to the UK, so I am not sure how I could avail of this offer.

Commendably efficient, excellent product, and the transactional aspects were made easy for the customer. I have already placed another order.

The web site was a little difficult to navigate under a general search when trying to find a specific product line for a specific firearm, but when a precise search was done with the exact product name it narrowed down the search considerably. It was just a matter of learning what the precise product name was. Communication from the company was very good and very timely, which was appreciated. Filling and shipping the order was a little slow in my experience, even if it was close to the holidays when the order was placed. But the job was done precisely when a follow up communication said it would be done. So the company keeps its word, which is impressive.

Very knowledgeable replied immediately with a solution Mauser scope mount was sold out but found a replacement thanks for going the extra mile!

Easy, quick process...highly recommend.
