Just taken out a boiler cover policy with OpenFix and the process was quick and straightforward. The pricing was very competitive compared to other providers and setting everything up was simple with clear information throughout. Happy with the experience so far and hopefully the service continues to be just as good going forward.

boiler servi ce was never completed due to leek in pipes according to engineer who left after turning of mains supply. contacted another engineer who found leek came from gas hob and changed the fibre washer.
trying to cancle plan they wanted to charge me for price of service . do not use this company

The engineer who came to mend the leak was very professional, clean and polite.
Communication was good from the company and the allocation of engineer, includibg theur phone number us excellent.
The response time from open fix to our leak left us with no hot water or heating for 3 days which we coped with but not sure if you are relient on these if you could get a quicker response x

As a new customer I was pleased with how I was welcomed I found the service very friendly and professional Oliver was great explaining the various plans and their benefits, I had an issue which was resolved which meant I was able to take out the plan I wanted. I believe the prices are competitive I positively await to receive a great service if the actual service matches the customer service I’ll be delighted. I look forward to give feedback on services received in due course

I wouldn't go near this company again. engineer attended and diagnosed fault with heat exchanger, took 8 days and numerous attempts to get someone to get back in touch with me - they then tried to say this wasn't covered - despite there being full boiler cover. no engineer job report on system, allegedly the engineer can diagnose the cause of the fault without actually removing the "closed" part, and blame it on the customer!

I switched from British gas as every year as a loyal member they increase there price a lot. I have signed up with open fix and at less than half the price i hope the service will be just as good.

Very easy to set up and will see if the service is as good. Not the cheapest but service offer was much superior to British Gas and much cheaper by far. Time will tell if I’ve made the right choice. Fingers crossed.🤞🏻
