I’m disappointed to be writing this as…

I’m disappointed to be writing this as my initial experience was positive.
I returned an item after confirming with the company that a refund would be issued once it was received. Royal Mail tracking shows the return was delivered on 6 March.
Since then, I have sent multiple emails, tried calling, and contacted via social media but have received no response and no refund.
I’m happy to update this review if the issue is resolved, but at the moment I’m still waiting for the refund or indeed any reply.
I would appreciate the company getting in touch to resolve this.

Excellent service.

The company confirmed my order by email immediately and informed me of its progress. Delivery was extremely fast, packaging was excellent and the item arrived in good condition.

What a lovely store to shop in

What a lovely store to shop in, lots of interesting and special gifts to choose from at fair prices.
The site is so easy to manage, clear and informative about the detail of the gifts and easy to successfully checkout.
The delivery time was very good and the goods were very well packaged with clear notification of date and time to be delivered which again was accurate.

Fast dispatch and delivery

Incredibly fast notification of dispatch, especially given that it was the Christmas shopping period. The package was duly delivered 48 hours later by Royal Mail who notified at every stage. As it was a gift, the opportunity to include sender's name would have been appreciated. Can't comment on the product as it hasn't been opened yet.
