Michael contacted us advising which package would most suit our business. He was never pushy gave us time to think things through and was available to answer any questions that we had. We have been kept up to date on the progress of the site going live.

The draw your search area is just…
The draw your search area is just impossible to use. It obscures the map with the little blue ‘house for sale’ markers and when you try to draw an area the map constantly moves. Utter rubbish.

On the Markets says my house is off the Market
My house is for sale and the agent does not advertise "On the Market" website and as I've been told never has. When I search my address on Google it brings up the On the Market site with my address and photos but indicates that my house is "no longer on the market". I guess I could be a way of reducing the competition.

As an agent who has used them before…
As an agent who has used them before and could not wait to get out of the contract, as the leads were virtually non existent. On the Market despite my 5 requests in the past to take me off their mailing list, still pester me to come back and ignore GDPR. The latest was a box with 3 helium balloons inside saying they were now the second best behind Rightmove. I am not interested and don't care. I am happy with Rightmove and Zoopla.

Half the value of these house hunting sites is you can set up a search alert to be notified about houses in your area and price range, only it doesn't actually take those into account. Every day I get emails about houses a full 20 miles away from the area I entered, and half of those are well outside the price range I set. What's even the point?

I was told they'd sell my property within 6-8weeks it took 6 months i did all the work never once met anyone from the company then buyer pulled out after I signed total waste of my time

HARASSING. DO NOT REGISTER WITH On The Market
DO NOT REGISTER WITH On The Market. Once you do it is nearly impossible to stop them contacting you. I registered for email contact only. When I wanted to stop searching, I could not find an ‘Unsubscribe’ link anywhere. So emailed them at a email address they said to write to. Despite that, their emails still didn’t stop so I emailed again 3 weeks later. When they still didn’t stop, I started diverting their emails to junk mail. They then started calling me (they’d never done that before). I missed a few calls but thought if they rang again I’d check what they wanted since perhaps it was because of my unsubscribe request. So today, they called again and I took the call only to find annoyingly it was from their marketing department asking how my searches were going. I explained to her that I had contacted OTM multiple times to ask them to stop contacting me. Before I even finished saying that I now considered their behaviour harassment, she hung up on me. RUDE. HARASSING. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CONTACT DETAILS.

Awful. Nowt but caravans for sale these days. It's a waste of time going there....
Even using the search filters, you cannot seem to get rid of caravans. But as long as you're getting paid for advertising them I suppose....
