Experiencing online academic english for the grade eleven year alongside all of my other responsibilities and classes was extremely easy as OVS allowed a whole year for me to get the course contents done so it was never attempting to remove my focus from the fast paced in person school classes. I was able to get a 98% on my midterms and a 95% final mark, bringing it up from my previous 56% when done in person. To all the haters, I got a modest 82% in the in person Grade 12 Academic English at my day school, and I believe the reason my in person grade 11 English was so bad is that day school English is a very subjective course and depends heavily on the types of content your specific teacher decides to cover. I enjoyed the OVS course because it was the same for every other student and your teachers didn’t have the power of choosing which content to cover and/or how to weigh each task as that was already fairly predetermined by the amazing administrative team at OVS.

I’m Abrar, and I recently completed the Advanced Functions course MHF4U. I think OVS is a great platform for people who are interested in online education and their easy to use operating software makes it much easier to learn remotely. The lessons are in depth and the practice feature allows for experience working with the problems coming on the test. The teachers are also well taught and explain your mistakes and offer corrections. Overall, I would definitely recommend OVS to students looking for online learning.

What made my experience great was the communication between me, and my teacher. He was very straightforward, and quick in responding to my e-mails.

I had a great experience taking a course with OVS. The flexibility was the best part, it let me work at my own pace while I was on a gap year. I chose OVS because I did not take calculus in high school, but I needed it as a requirement for the university program I decided to pursue. OVS made it easy to complete the course on my own timeline. My teacher was responsive, gave helpful feedback, and marked work in reasonable time. The course materials and practice tests were also really useful for preparing. Overall it was a smooth and effective experience, and I would definitely recommend OVS to other students!

Very effective for self paced learning, I could go back and re-watch or skip ahead as needed. Teachers were very responsive and supportive.

I am Sam, and I have recently finished my Eng4c course through OVS. It was a great experience, to complete it. Although it took a year to complete, I am not very good at English. But it was worth it. Now, finally, I will get the High School Diploma.

I had an excellent experience taking SCH4U with Ontario Virtual School. As someone working for myself while finishing up university prerequisites, the flexibility of OVS was exactly what I needed. I ended the course with a 95% and felt the material was presented very clearly. The teacher was responsive, and the practice tests were a huge help in preparing for the final exam. I’d highly recommend OVS to any student needing a flexible, high-quality learning environment

I did 3 courses with OVS and honestly, it’s amazing if you’re rushing to get a credit done or need to learn something fast. The teachers are super nice and helpful, they always reply within a day and mark tests or assignments really fast. Whenever I got stuck, they actually took the time to help me out. I was stressed trying to finish my courses on time, but they were so supportive. Even the admin staff are great, they helped me with my university applications. Definitely recommend OVS if you’re in high school and need to get ahead.

Online courses are affordable and easy to burn through. But unfortunately the grading process and lack of response from a TVO ILC is horribly slow. If someone on their end actually did their job, then maybe people would actually have an education. They have put me behind and effecting my career progression.

I had a great time learning with OVS! Completing my grade 12 Calculus was made so much easier and got topics across better than I could have ever expected!

The school office and student success team were always responsive and supportive whenever I needed assistance, which made the overall process smooth and stress-free.

If I had to suggest one improvement, it would be to continue expanding interactive resources or live support options to make the experience even more engaging—but overall, the program is already very strong.

Finally, my marks were processed and handled efficiently, which was important for my academic planning.

Overall, I would highly recommend OVS to anyone looking for a flexible, supportive, and effective e-learning experience.

Amazing support. The courses are easy to understand., if you have any questions or answer really really fast makes your success less stressful.

My experience with OVS was very positive. I took SBI3U, and the course was well organized and easy to follow. The teacher was very helpful and always responded quickly. My tests and lab assignments were graded and returned very fast, usually within a day, which helped me stay on track and keep progressing in the course. The workload was very manageable and the overall experience was not stressful. I would definitely recommend OVS to students looking for a flexible and supportive learning environment.

Ontario virtual school was very simple for me to operate and use. I really liked how my teacher would reply to any questions very quickly and clearly. I recommend taking courses in OVS since I reviewed course work and completed tests with high marks. Overall I am very happy with this course and I definitely will be suggesting others to take courses from OVS.

I took the calculus and vectors course and the lessons were quite easy to go through as it is entirely asynchronous. While it can be hard working on this course along with day school, getting a good mark is manageable if you take notes and complete all the hw/practice tests (which were really helpful in giving you a good idea on what the actual tests are like). The staff at OVS were super nice and responded to my questions very quickly. My teacher also marked my tests very fast (within 1 day!), so would recommend :)

The experience was great, it was really easy and straight forward stuff. Sign up was easy, lessons were fantastic and easy to understand, the teacher was fast at replying and marking (even in under an hour sometimes which is awesome). The tests were straight forward. I recommend people to take OVS courses to help boost grades and just make it easier to understand content. I took the grade 12 university physics - SPH4U

Super friendly and amazing teachers with quick marking and helpful feedback. I just completed my chemistry course and i couldn’t be happier with the process and marks. Individual learning pace is perfect for slow and fast learners so the whole process is custom based on your needs. Will definitely recommend.

I’m really happy to share my experience taking SBI4U -10 with OVS.

The best part of taking a course with OVS was definitely the flexibility. I could work at my own pace, whenever I had time or felt motivated, which made a huge difference. Some days I would work for multiple hours while on others I would do nothing. Because of that, I was actually able to complete the entire course in just 2 months, which is amazing.

I chose to take this course through OVS to lighten my course load for next year since I’m currently in Grade 11. It turned out to be a great decision and helped me stay ahead without feeling overwhelmed.

The teacher support was excellent. They almost always responded to email questions within the same day, which made it really easy to stay on track. Assignments were typically marked within 24–48 hours, just as advertised, and the marking was fair and rewarding for the effort you put in.

If I could change one thing, honestly, it would be...... nothing! The experience was fantastic overall. The platform, the support, and the structure all worked really well together.

I would 100% recommend OVS to anyone considering it. If you’re on the fence because of the price, I’d say it’s absolutely worth it. It’s a great investment in your education and gives you flexibility that’s hard to find elsewhere. I will definitely be taking SCH4U chemistry with them once I am done my perquisite for it.

OVS was a great experience for me as a student for a few reasons. The first was the swift help and feedback I recieved while completing the course. The second was how well structured each unit was, with the comprehensive layout aiding my learning exceptionally. Finally OVS provided me with knowledge I will need for my post-graduate endevours.
