This is my second time using “only once dress hire” & it has been seamless. It’s easier than shopping on the high street , Lottie always communicates regarding delivery and answers any questions regarding sizes etc so quickly. Great company & I will keep using and recommending 🤍✨

Brilliant service - I cannot believe I have only just discovered only once dress hire! Lots of choice, dress arrived (like brand new!) with a simple pre paid bag to post back. Will absolutely be using again for any future events!

Absolutely first class - we did see a mobile number, left a message with a couple of questions - they called back pretty promptly, answered the questions. They do seem to be really trying to look after customers.
Got notifications that the order was dispatched the same day and got here in two days. Beautiful dress, too. Thanks!

It could be useful to add within the package what date the dress needs to be sent back but other than that great!

The perfect dress hire company.
After being let down by a different hire company I was really nervous about trying out someone else, but only once dress hire made it easy for me to hire.
The dress arrived perfect and came with a prepaid envelope to send back with ease.
Would use this company again.

I highly recommend this amazing company, I received the most beautiful high quality dress
for a family wedding. It came on time with the prepaid return label already attached to the return bag. Great to know I will no longer need to stress about finding the perfect dress in future. Thankyou x

Lottie from Only Once Dress hire was amazing, the customer service really was above and beyond. She made sure that I was really happy with the dress and even sent me 2 sizes to try on before and I only paid for postage. It was such an easy process and I will definitely be using this service again for outfits for big events!

Will definitely use this service again - the dresses arrived in plenty of time and were beautiful and in perfect condition. Would recommend ordering another size for 20% if you aren't sure if the dress will fit.

Such wonderful service, my dress arrived two days earlier than I had booked it for (at no extra cost) which gave me plenty of time to try it on and make sure it fit etc. Renting from Only Once was so easy, I will definitely use their services again!

Amazing dress and amazing customer service

The dress was exactly as described and depicted on the website. The quality was fantastic and it was beautiful wrapped. Delivery was quick, communication throughout was fantastic and Lottie’s customer service is phenomenal. I would 100% rent from this company again and recommend to others.
