Took a chance on a hire since I knew my dress size and everything went smoothly and they gave me so much information! I love how their customer service is 24/7, it makes it feel a lot less stressful and they were really lovely communicators! I’ll definitely hire again from them in the future:) Also delivery was so quick and I had a couple days to try it on before my hire period too which is such a beautiful system.

Great first experience. I was having trouble booking the dress online so contacted them on instagram. It turned out they were waiting on a replacement of the dress and it would be arriving after the date I needed it. Then miraculously a few days later I get a message from them letting me know that the delivery was early and they were then expecting it to be delivered early and I would indeed be able to hire it. I picked it up later that afternoon and it still had the brand new tags on. BONUS I looked and felt INSANELY HOT! Highly recommend and I will be hiring again - only note, I would love to see more size 14 or XL options

I have rented with Sustainability a couple of times now, and on both occasions the service has been excellent. The dresses were in perfect condition (which I don’t often find is the case when renting) and they arrived well in advance of my events which makes things much less stressful. Highly recommend!

The easiest dress hire experience (also my first)! I needed something pretty last minute and Lisa made the experience super seamless and made sure I had a dress in time for an event I was going to.
