Scam site. I ordered a fishing trolley it never arrived. Tried contacting them but no contact details. Got in touch with my bank and they are registered as a clothing company in the Uk but have tried to make card purchases in the states at my expense. Thankfully the bank have opened a fraud investigation on them so I might get my money back. Had to have a new card as that was compromised. Get in touch with your banks fraud team if you have ordered from theses scumbags.

onlinewestlake.com is a SCAM website. Can't believe I have just fallen for this and attempted to order 2 x beds from them! There is NO way to contact the merchant. Payment shows on the account as acrobatocean & is the wrong amount, they attempt to put "rolling payments" onto your card so they can just take ££ whenever they like.

Payment comes through on bank account as a clothing company in Asia. Not fishing tackle!
Pretending to be a company in Scotland.
Unable to contact the company through website.

This is not a supplier of fishing tackle but a clothing retailer in Hong Kong........using a fake address in Scotland, they have no contact number no email address......they take your money send you fake tracking details......it's a good job I can't get my hands on these thieving scumbags.....surely this is fraud on a massive scale........police should get involved immediately

I am so pleased that I paid for my item with PayPal, I’m usually pretty good at staying safe on line and knowing when something doesn’t look right, well not this time unfortunately.
Bought something as a Christmas present and it makes me so mad that this type of thing is allowed to still go on. You will not be able to get in touch with them, you won’t get any sort of correspondence like a email, text so basically your left out of pocket and there is nothing you can do, stay we’ll away, Susanne Meyer is the name that appears on PayPal, they will sort it out hopefully.

this company is a scam. they take your money and you don't recieve your goods .. then your card account is used without your permission... you can't get intouch with anyone ... I can't believe they can rip people off like this .. look for a padlock at the to of the page . they don't have one. total rip off ... shouldn't be aloud to be on Google
