Placed an order for a fishing bed for my husband. I received a brief confirmation for my order, but received no tracking information.
I have tried to contact them via email and online contact form - states "error".
I have not received my order 14 days later; 7 days after it should have arrived.

Ordered a fishing bed, money taken from bank & item never arrived.
No email conformation, email sent to named email address always bounced back. Several times I tried this. contact us section on website never worked always said error.
Had to go through my bank to claim money back which has now been resolved.
Avoid this site at all costs

Added 11/1/25 to update further my bank has had several card payments taken which I didn't authorise. Not used in any other way than normal so not sure if these have used card fraudulent or not but reading other reviews of same happening to other people 😡😡😡 so I can't prove other these people or not but seems suspicious to me!
Glad my banks sorted all this out for me & blocked all the payments (£1100)

Stay well clear! I ordered some gear from them, should have checked the reviews first. Nothing arrived, no phone number and contact on website doesn’t work. To make things worse my credit card then had transactions totalling £400 which weren’t from me! Thankfully Barclaycard identified them as fraudulent and cancelled the transactions, a new card will be issued.

Definitely a company to keep well away from, i really should have looked further into this company, took my money, confirmed order, now no response to contacting them and no phone number to ring. Item that was ordered is now not showing as stock or out of stock. Obviously a scam, please be aware, cheaper is not always the best. On payment my bank didn't flag up as a scam like some customers had, closed padlock, I've now learnt my lesson

Tried to order, bank flagged as suspicious, e mailed company no response, address given has no postcode and does not exist - all smells a bit fishy!

Don't bother all there stuff is rubbish website no contact details send n email to them no reply by bought a 1man particle bivvy for France lastwd 2 days bit of wind folded over and snapped the polea,emill don't work acoid

Ordered an item off the website, as soon as I input my card details by bank immediately text me to flag up a fraud website. The website also took me to another page to input my details again. The transaction I made was in pounds, the second web page came up in dollars and the transaction that my bank blocked was in Chinese yen. The website also tracks to China. Do not order from here

Dodgy website,never never ever send goods

I ordered some fishing tackle from this website and they sent me a cheep looking imitation gold chain. 20 emails later I still haven't any luck receiving my correct item. Very poor communication

Be very wary of this site. Not based in England. Advertised price for jacket was £34.90, found that it was actually £40 due to exchange rate ! Impossible to contact, internal text chat does not work! Dispatch note comes from completely different company in Hong Kong smallgoodsonline.com. Basically I would completely avoid !
