Top notch experience
Top notch service, and I would certainly order from here again. I wrote to the company to ask about the delivery time for a specific rug that 3 other companies told me would take about three months. Onlinetapijten responded immediately that they would look into it and later that day followed up with an email that they would likely be able to have the manufacturer redirect a shipment so that I could have the rug within 5-10 days. It arrived 5 days later. I am super happy with the service and the result.

Excellent customer support, fast delivery
i had difficulty making the purchase I wanted, as it was the last item in stock and there was a technical glitch in putting it in my cart. But the staff were able to solve the issue, and I received my carpet quite quickly! Thank you. This was my 2nd purchase with Online Tapijten, both times I was 100% satisfied.
