reliable shop
I’m giving 4 stars just because the delivery wasn’t made within the promised timeframe, and I only got an update when I inquired about it. However, when I asked about the status of my order, the response was quick, professional, and friendly. Overall, I’m very satisfied. The rug is beautiful, and the packaging was perfect.

Only slight negative was the import duties/ taxes in Australia. I should have but wasn’t expecting another bill to release from customs. Not within sellers control but maybe a flashing note to remind buyer they will need to factor in
