Terribly slow support and unreachable servers – 72+ hours of downtime

would strongly advise against using this hosting service. I purchased a VPS that was completely unreachable via SSH and ping. When attempting to perform basic tasks in the control panel, it threw Python backend errors (Exception: VirtualMachine not found).

To make matters worse, support responsiveness is practically non-existent. I have been waiting over 72 hours for a critical network routing issue to be resolved, only receiving generic automated responses while my server remains completely offline.
