Employing Kym Edullantes as Senior Account Manager is possibly the best move you could have made. Only now, working in step with her, do I feel that I am being looked after when we are in semi crisis mode. Sales targets can be traumatizing and Kym makes the pain go away with her continuous dedication to the task. Thank you.

They Fool people showing Google Analytics & SEM Rush Report. They never show list of task done. My website was spammed by them. Never give website to them for SEO

Inheriting a company account that was committed to OMG I found their service delivery was not aligned to their cost, and would recommend any potential client exercise extreme care in considering this company as a service provider.

Within a short period, two 'expert' local/Australian account managers were replaced.

It became evident that the 'work' was being outsourced to a subsidiary operation in the Philippines - as evidenced by the communication, timing of work being done, and elementary research into OMG's structure and recruitment strategy.

Further investigation into the recommendations revealed a copy/paste approach to SEMRush and AHHRefs data, easily obtainable directly.

Tasked with a migration of the company's canonical URL, reassurances were given by OMG that all was in order. This was not the case, and fortunately by this point we had obtained appropriate advice which contradicted that of OMG.

Faced with these stark realities, OMG still insisted on their final $4k/month retainer, with the implication that should this not be made, the company may be subjected to a negative review!

Subsequent to the separation, my company needed to disavow over 40 backlinks that were rated as 'toxic'.

OMG are experts in self-promotion but if you are serious about finding a quality SEO/SEM Agency (assuming this exists), then undertake your due diligence carefully.

If you are one of the 500+ 5-star Google reviews of OMG then congratulations and well done - as this is the absolute opposite of me experience. I'm clearly in the minority but would not wish my experience with OMG on anyone.

Dont trust this company

Have been going through lawyers and solicitors as they have taken my company to a debt collection with a bill I refuse to pay. They tried to get me on a $70,000 early termination fee as there work was disgraceful and they did not perform or even do they works they had Invoiced me for. Stay away for OMG and RYSEN as this is the same company. They have no idea on Google Ads or SEO which they did not provide any services. STAY AWAY!!!!

My experience with these guys has been pretty ordinary. I don't wish anyone ill and I hope they can take the feedback and improve but if I was a startup or smaller client I would avoid this company.

In essence this company just feels like it doesn't care about their smaller clients. I understand they are a large agency but they initially convinced me that I would be treated as a valued client.

The First Red Flag
In the initial sales call I specifically told them that I had just come out of a situation with an offshore Adwords team and I was looking to work with someone in Australia. The sales guy assured me that they were an Aussie company and they would take care of me. I agreed to their premium management fee (double what I was paying previously) as I was looking for a better experience. They got me to sign up and a week later I got a call from the Phillipines telling me they were starting my campaign. They actually bumped me to an offshore team!

Second Red Flag
Initially they told me it would be a three week setup and then on to running ads. It then took 7 weeks before they were ready to run ads. In that time my account manager left the company. I told them I wasn't willing to pay for the additional 4 weeks of setup that wasn't agreed on and they agreed. I then got quite a forceful accounts email telling me to pay my invoice that they agreed to waive.

Third Red Flag
After the ads had been running for a week Google throttled our ads due to no GTIN numbers on products. In setup all they had to do was tick 'no" but they didn't. I actually had to do the research for them and inform them on how to do it and then they told me it was outside the scope and tried to charge me extra for what they should have known to do in the first place. The biggest concern was they didn't even know what GTIN numbers were. I had to research and send them a link!

**UPDATE**
Since finding a new Adwords manager and going over the account that OMG setup I believe I know what they are doing.
They are setting up PMAX campaigns so that they require little to no management and then they are hoping that Googles AI just does the work and creates a successful campaign. They probably know that 1 in 10 campaigns will just work and they are probably happy with those odds. Judging by the fact that I didn't receive one bit of communication after I left this is just their business model.

Do not trust these guys. They are not what they appear.
