Very slow delivery and processing
Ordered some samples at the beginning of October to try different materials for stickers. 2 months later, they still haven't arrived. I contacted customer service about a month after I ordered to ask about it, and was told they would prioritise my order but it is still nowhere to be found! I am highly disappointed as I was hoping to launch products for sale over Christmas, and wanting to give the benefit of the doubt I didn't go elsewhere. Got the 2 stars because the customer service was prompt, otherwise it would be 1!

Forget Avery labels
Forget Avery labels, this place has identical ones and they are the best price I can find online. Plus, when you order you get a link to use their label designer to make your own designs and templates for easy printing with lots of graphics to choose from. I ordered Friday and received Tuesday from UPS so shipping is fairly quick as well.
