Really disappointed in OHS have been a…

Really disappointed in OHS have been a big customer for years! Was waiting over 2 weeks for tables! Then told they'd been sent out after emailing customer service, still waiting for more days then finally get tracking information & it says been returned to sender today! No one has tried to deliver the tables! Never an issue with my deliverys!

Excellent customer service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had an issue with a faulty product I purchased from The Online Home Shop, but the customer service team were absolutely brilliant. They were very helpful, quick to respond to my messages and made the whole process of arranging a refund really easy and straightforward. Kayle helped with my query via email.

It was refreshing to receive such friendly and efficient customer service, especially when dealing with a faulty item. The issue was resolved without any hassle and I’m really happy with how everything was handled.

Thank you to the team for making what could have been a frustrating situation so easy! I would definitely recommend The Online Home Shop and wouldn’t hesitate to shop with them again.

Do not buy anything from this OHS

Do not buy anything from this OHS. I bought two sets of blackout curtains and they aren't blackout lik listed. Having trouble contacting OHS customer service. They do not reply to my my family e-mails. My request for return and refund has been ignored too. Please stay away from OHS. I am still waiting for their response regarding my return and refund.

ORDER NUMBER 102712961
I placed my order Sunday with vip delivery 1 to 2 days.
The order shows still as processing and hasn't been dispatched yet let alone delivered.
It is a gift so I ordered expecting it to arrive today.
Why let me have vip delivery if u can't honour it.
This happened with my last order.
Not happy as for an important milestone birthday so need it inline with what was stated.
Items were in stock as I checked b4 placing order.

Excellent customer service

I had an issue with the delivery of my order due to the courier, but Bella was incredibly helpful and resolved everything quickly. She arranged for my order to be resent within the day and kept the process straightforward while keeping me updated along the way!

I received an item that was faulty as…

I received an item that was faulty as it didn’t have any holes to screw the panels in. I contacted the company and they told me I could return the item for a refund. The courier didn’t turn up to collect the item and now the customer service has stopped responding to me. I could not recommend this company. The item is bad quality and the customer service and delivery service has not been good.

Brilliant customer service from…

Brilliant customer service from Faahkierah.
My issue was resolved with one email and I was given a resolution I was happy with. The bedding we ordered was also an extremely good price and quality.

Raafiq contacted me in a timely matter…

Raafiq contacted me in a timely matter in response to a mirror delivered smashed. He was apologetic and courteous offering options to how I’d like to proceed and followed up with an update that my request was actioned for replacement with a new order number. Brilliant customer service thanks Raafiq

Poor customer servixe

I have ordered from ohs many times. I have always been happy with them until recently. I placed a large order 7 days ago and have only received 1 item. I have emailed and heard nothing back, I’ve had no communication about the rest of my order and unsure where my items even are! No response to any communication I’ve sent and the rug I did receive is of such poor quality it is unusable
