For that, we apologise. We have since introduced improvements to our processes to help ensure a better experience for our customers.
Our records show that, following the missed call on 19 June, you contacted us again on 2 July by both telephone and email. We returned your call that same day and responded to your email on 3 July. We were then able to guide you through requesting your Companies House Personal Code via your Online Filings dashboard, and your Confirmation Statement was successfully filed later that day.
The Companies House Personal Code is a mandatory requirement for this filing, and our role is to guide customers through obtaining it before we can submit the filing on their behalf.
As an Authorised Corporate Service Provider approved by Companies House, we submit company filings directly to Companies House on our customers' behalf in line with the compliance and security requirements set out in UK law.
We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us identify where we can improve our response times and support. We wish you all the best and remain happy to assist should you need our services in the future.

Email sent me to the page I needed to file from.
I normally spend a long time trying to find the appropriate page to file dormant accounts, and it is always a pain. I like the way you emailed me with a link directly to a page where I could submit without all that hassle.
The identity information was easy to supply, except it kept telling me it did not like the look of my passport. So I just submitted it anyway, as I could not improve the photo. Clearly it WAS acceptable!

Company targetting businesses, masquerading as HRMC.
This company looked up the anniversary of my company and sent an unsolicited email when my Confirmation Statement was due to be filed. The communication from 'Online Filing Team' was deliberately titled to look like it was an official HRMC email, not a sales email from a third party business. I filed all the information that I have ALWAYS done myself to Companies House through them. All they do is pass that information on and charge a fee. BEWARE of this underhand activity. They entirely lack any transparency and sit on the boundary of being a scam/fraudulent.

The Personal Code is a requirement introduced by Companies House as part of the identity verification process and is needed before certain filings can be submitted. We explain this requirement on our website before an order is placed so customers know what to expect.
Unfortunately, between 10 June and 19 June 2026, Companies House experienced technical issues that affected a number of its services, including the issuing of Personal Codes and the processing of filings. As a result, many applications were delayed during this period. Although this was outside our control, we appreciate the inconvenience it caused and understand how frustrating the delay must have been.
As an Authorised Corporate Service Provider approved by Companies House, we submit company filings directly to Companies House on our customers' behalf in line with the compliance and security requirements set out in UK law.
