The quality of the doors were good and as described. They were heavy and I may have missed the description and being glass it made sense, but it would have been good to have it highlighted.

We purchased an FD30 Sapele Veneer door back in October, and the whole experience was excellent. The ordering process was straightforward, and delivery was impressively quick, which made a big difference to our project timeline.
The door itself is great quality – the sapele veneer has a really nice finish and looks even better in person. It feels solid and well-made, exactly what we were hoping for in a fire door.
Overall, very happy with both the product and the service. Would definitely recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to order again.

Ordered 7 x FD30 fire doors. They arrived on the planned day and on time with no delay. Doors were in good condition upon arrival, with no scratches / dents / marks etc. Our builder fitted them and put handle /locking mechanisms into all - which was a relatively straightforward process.

20th Feb .Door ordered and paid for.That was easy.
Told that the door would be arriving between 8 and 6 on Wednesday 25th February.
Message stressed that the goods must be examined immediately and unless problems were reported within 24 hours no refund would be issued.
Door arrived pm.Damaged, so refused delivery and immediately emailed Onlinedoors saying that we had returned the damaged goods and requesting refund. No acknowledgement but an email saying that a replacement door delivery had been arranged.
Emailed again.Thursday further email from the courier saying delivery of replacement would be made tomorrow Friday 27th.
Then.An email from Doors online saying that they would issue a credit note and it would take 14 days.
Replied to them telling them that we want to exercise our right to have a refund. Not a credit note.
Emailed courier saying that the delivery of unsolicited goods would be refused and if left in our absence would remain outside.
Now awaiting events and for Doorsonline to get it's act together. Refund our money to the card it was paid on and enable us to buy a door elsewhere.
Today another message from the courier that they would be delivering.Gave the same advice about refusing any delivery from them
Emailed On line door company to reiterate delivery refusal and repeat that the seven day notice that we would initiate Small Claims Court action if nu refund was made.
Received yet another email from ' Mariella ' Grovelling apologies , blaming courier and saying refund would be made as soon as they received the door back from the courier.
Replied that I wouldn't hold my breath.
Absolutely will initiare a SCC claim if no refund in seven days.

No refund showing as pending as yet!
Have stressed that I do not want a credit note.No point.Would never buy anything from them again and have already bought and hung a decent door.
If no refund from Online Doors will pursue the matter via my credit card protection as it's quicker than the Claims Court.
Guess what? My refund arrived!

We moved into an old property which needed a front door that suited the character of the house. We found the perfect one, Oak Cottage with a small leaded glazed glass aperture. It looks like it’s been there forever and has completed the look of the whole house. Promptly delivery and a lovely product at a great price. Even had we gone for the bespoke joinery option, it couldn’t have been a better choice and would have cost 3 times as much.

I wish I'd read the reviews on here before ordering as straight away could see that someone else has also been let down due to the misleading delivery times quoted on the website. 'Usually within 24 hours' - fair enough usually means most of the time not always but 'delivered within 3 - 7 working days' is a false statement. It's taken 12 working days and I've just had to reject the delivery as I've lost my fitter now until well into the new year. The doors show as being in stock (just checked the website and it still says this) but when I contacted customer services they told me they were chasing up the supplier and didn't know what had gone wrong so obviously they weren't in stock. Really disappointed.

Misleading statements on this site - "usually dispatches in 24 hours" led me to believe that this company has a quick turnaround, which I discovered as not true. I booked a door fitter believing the door would arrive within 5 days, but did not, and had to cancel fitting. After sending four emails to enquire and complain, no response at all. It was only by calling and speaking with the customer rep, who was nice and pleasant, but only then did the door get ordered, but only got delivered after 10 days. I am now waiting on a reply to my last email to enquire what went wrong and to get a partial refund since I am now without a door fitter booked. Poor response, and poor follow up. For the positive reviews here, bear in mind this is a middle-man for door ordering, they just have to order the door and deliver, not make the actual door. My order no was - WEB5301, and I expect an email back after zero response since the 26th Nov.
