Disgraceful and contemptuous service by Derby Asda pharmacy
The Asda pharmacy repeatedly fails to have adequate stock levels making repeated visits necessary because they rarely answer the phone or inform you directly that the order is ready.
If, that was not enough to justify a one star rating they “Gas Light” and see no need to offer an apology
Truly lamentable and disrespectful service from the everyone who works there including the pharmacist himself.
Presently submitting a complaint with the small hope it could bring positive change .
If, you have to use this pharmacist at least vocalise your discontent and frustration at the poor service they provide , more voices the better!
