Misleading Pricing and Poor Order Handling
I placed an order (#000056794) with Online-Cigars on August 3, 2025. One of the cigars—AJ Fernandez Blend 15 Toro—was clearly listed at $0 on their website, and this pricing was confirmed in the invoice I received.
However, the order was placed “On Hold” with no explanation. After I contacted customer service, I was told it was a “checkout glitch” and asked to pay for the cigars that were shown (and invoiced) as free.
This feels misleading and unprofessional. I placed the order in good faith, based on the pricing publicly shown on their site. The company chose not to honor it, instead asking for more money after the fact—despite providing me with an official invoice confirming the price.
Customer communication was also lacking, and I had to follow up myself to even find out why my order wasn’t progressing.
Online-Cigars claims to be “the world’s greatest cigar store,” but this experience has left me with serious doubts. I won’t be ordering again.

What's not to like re: cigar online purchases
The product is packed ensuring it arrives in suburb condition. There communication is excellent and you are always aware of what is happening. The orders are acted upon instantly.
