NEVER buy crypto on their platform. The spreads are terrible and you CANT sell what you've bought...

I was able to sell AFTER editing the price, but that left me with 0.11 cents worth of crypto, which I can't sell because the platform minimum sale is $1...truly unbelievable...

I've been a Juno user for about a year. Rarely do I have an issue but the few times that I've needed to contact support, they've always been great. This time was no exception.

Juno currently is holding eight thousand dollars from me for a week now. They say their crypto partners disabled my account with eight thousand of bitcoin in it. I keep being told on chat to give it 24 hours and they will have it fixed theres no actual way to speak with anyone at all. I would not use them at all at this point i feel like they stole from me 100%. if this is ever fixed i will come back and update my review as of now i would advice no one use them

Customer support is non-existent
6/28/23: I am currently unable to log into my account for no reason. Juno keeps sinking to new lows.
Customer support is non-existent and full of people who lack common sense. They promise to resolve issues in a timely fashion, and they never do. I'm currently locked out of my account due to a "VPN issue" (which is not even on) and it's been more than 48 hours since they replied.
Add to the fact that 5% cashback on specific merchants often is not added and you have to ask chat to do it, and even that takes time.
There's no urgency, and they shove every kind of crypto in your face.

You could be taking your life of your hands opening this account. I just opened my account about 10 days ago and they’ve already locked it up for “my security”
At 1:33 AM on a Saturday night/Sunday morning….they have every penny that I had locked up, so I am unable to buy groceries or my life-saving medication, as I am disabled.
How is this possibly legal? I’m going to call Evolve Bank and Trust and Mastercard but for some reason I fear they won’t do anything for me in time- and I will run out of medication without any money. Then my next trip will be to the hospital…..if I’m lucky.
UPDATE AFTER JUNO REPLY 06/28/2023
They don’t answer their support, so I’m not going to bother emailing them, they shut my account down with no explanation, with my money locked in it and sent me a check two weeks later….do not, do not, do not open this account they will lock up your money, no matter what-they don’t answer their support. They don’t answer any questions they won’t help you and they will lock up your account and you won’t get your money until they feel like sending it to you in a check. I’m lucky I didn’t die after not getting my medication on time stay away from this horrid company.

WARNING: AVOID JUNO AT ALL COSTS
I was using Juno for several months until a technical issue which occurred on May 4th, 2023. The issue involved them accidentally depositing excess cryptocurrency into multiple user's accounts. I received an email the next day from Juno threatening legal action if users withdrew the excess funds and that it would be addressed immediately.
When I logged into my account, I received a message stating its "paused" and I can't even access my own checking account funds or cryptocurrency. I never withdrew the crypto they accidentally deposited.
It's now been OVER 10 DAYS and I'm unable to pay my bills or access my own money. I can't get a hold of anyone other than a generic message that someone will contact me. I'm about to take them up on their legal action at this point and will be filing complaints with their banking partner and consumer protection agencies.
Others have posted reviews and messages on Twitter with the same issue. If you value your hard-earned money, AVOID JUNO AT ALL COSTS. At this point, I am considering this theft of funds and I can't even get a response from them.
