Sarah has been amazing, always on the other end of the phone. She has been extremally proactive in all aspects and ensuring that i get started in my new roll.

Julie, was amazing from the initial screening call, to explaining the job role and calling me before and after the interview to check how I feel. I genuinely felt so supported and happy during the process. Which lead me to getting the job. Julie is friendly and patient and no question is too silly, she will answer and help.

Always a great experience with one to one, I’ve been lucky enough to have been in employment most of my life but the odd occasions I have been looking for work they have always helped me and have got me interviews for great roles. I was at my job before last for over 8 years that they got me an interview for, and this time around they called me about a job after being miserable at my current work place for a while and I am starting next month 😄 thank you Aimee and everyone at one to one, could not recommend them enough!

If I could give no stars I would. I was working in the One to One Personnel office when I was 19 and found out I was 5 weeks pregnant. I told them straight away so we could work out a plan together and a couple of weeks later I was made redundant. This caused so much stress during my pregnancy resulting in multiple hospital visits and an early labour with no maternity pay. There reason for the redundancy is that the company needed to save money but went on to hire someone else. It was awful how I was treated so please don't work for them if there's any chance of wanting to/ accidental pregnancy.

The recruiter Louise has been great. She has kept me up to date with the progress, including sending confirmation the CV was sent to the employer which most agencies don't generally do. She's provided interview preparation documentation and also wished me luck just before the interview which has made the overall services more personal than other agencies. Would highly recommend
